I have stayed in many Novotels in many countries. Novotel Abidjan is one of the best I have encountered. Excellent service, the usual reliable high standards in the room. The food lacks class but is perfectly good.

It is quite bad when you arrive at 16.00 and there is no room available and still waiting for 15 min to be told the same.

The facilities are OK. The staff is very friendly. The internet was very poor when I stayed last time and I mentioned it in my previous survey. I received a response that required action was taken. However, the experience was not better than the last time. This is a business hotel and internet is one of the most needed services.

However as we receive guests of all nationalities and ages, we try not to over spice the dishes in order to please all palates, for this reason there is a wide spice station included in our buffet for our guests to help themselves and season their dishes to their liking. We already checl with the housekeeping manager to understand why the cleaness of the room dn't reach youe expectation. for the food at the restaurant, all our service breakfast, lunch and dier biffets are composed with a large choice of dishes. this diversity of food in normaly answering to our guests tneed. I'm realy sorry that it din't meet your expectation especialy that in our global guests coments the food is one of our storng point. The auto lock is broken and the door can not be locked. The cleaning staff came into the room early in the morning and could not sleep. The approach of the equipment repairer is not good. I felt a bad mood

Concerning the auto lock, We already asked to our technical departement to check the door. Since a maintenance has been done on all our rooms doors. Our maids are starting the room cleaning from 8h30 AM. Next time may I offer you to put the do not distrub sign on your to avoid any incovenient. Or to inform our reception staff that you would prefer to have your room clean in afternoon or at any time suitable for you. wishing to have the pleasure to welcome you again and to meet you personaly. best regards

Excellent hotel -- good security, extremely accommodating staff, clean and spacious, and good food. The only challenge was internet connection, but the hotel recognized the issue and had made improvements to the connection by the end of my stay. Good location by the lagoon and easy to get a taxi from the hotel. There is a shuttle to/from the airport as well.

it was average nothing special , the service was a bit slow at times , the breakfast was kind of messy at times , when something is finished it was not replaced immediately, we had to ask , the rooms are okey.
