The room was clean and quite comfy. All the staff were friendly and quite helpful. My only complaint is that I wanted to order room service on my first night. I called the Restaurant and the Front Office but there was no answer and no one returned the call. I was too tired to come down for dinner so I just slept.

nothing extraordinary, nothing bad. Hotel centrally located for business but area is pretty dead once the sun goes down. Rooms with a lagoon view are good - but internet in rooms is poor, need to sit in entrance or stand outside room to get connection good enough to talk on skype or what'sapp. Breakfast is generally good - wide selection hot and cold food, fruit etc. Coffee is the worst coffee I have ever had in a hotel. even sachets of nescafe are stronger!

From the lack of hygiene in the room and bathroom to the lack of respect and due care from the staff and overall dull service. It was really one of the worst Novotel hotels that I have stayed at.

Was confused when trying to find room 1218. No twelfth floor and no explanation. Eventually found it. Nice room, WiFi was marginal though. Loved breakfast buffet, nice decor in lobby.

It was generally satisfying. Had a room with a view of the lake. Room was very spacious compared to other standard hotels. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was also ok aside the delay in timeliness

Booked into hotel twice on same business trip and on both times was assigned room on 2nd floor which was very close to ouside generator. The hum noise in room was constant and 24 hours a day. Both times I needed to change rooms.

« My overall experience was very delightful »

I must say that right from the entrance Novotel Abidjan offered an exceptional service, mention it the welcome by the security personnel was professional, the receptionists were very personable and we were particularly amazed by Ms Mohuior who pronounced our surnames correctly. This made us feel at home. Please keep the spirit growing.

« Good but needs improvement for the rate charged for a superior room! »

I liked my stay - bed and bath were good. However, the AC in the room was not working properly, and surprisingly, at night, even if it was set at 20 C, room was pretty warm. Didn't get time to get it checked during the day, herd similar experience from one of my colleagues who stayed at the standard room. Also, not satisfied with the breakfast, the menu should include more choices and more importantly, supply was not good. I wanted to get more 'french toast" but, there was not any left (it's around 7.30 AM) and didn't get replenished till 8 AM. There should be provision of making omelet in the spot -that's pretty standard practice in most hotels.
