« Very expensive for what you get. »

Two mornings with no hot water, door lock faulty, faulty phone in room (was replaced with a slightly less faulty one). Not a single English channel on TV (POOR for an international chain), Not worth the nearly $200 per night (already discounted rate for Nestle)

Good as usual. Friendly staff, good room, good food. Just a one comment: - The AC was not working properly in the room. Despite calling reception, the maintenance staff arrived late. The problem was fixed, but came back 1 day later.

Thank you very much for this stay at Novotel Abidjan. Excellent Service and facilities. The only thing they have to improve is the TV stations which are not easy to access and no good quality. But I don't spend time usually washing TV.

The rooms were good. Dining options very limited for vegetarian. Also, the breakfast alot of items were not re-filled. The coffee machine didnt work a lot of times. I personally had requested to re-fill most of the time before it got replaced.

« Disappointment due to lack of early morning hot water. »

As I was in town for work, I had to rise fairly early. I tried to take a hot shower every morning at about 5:30 AM. Unfortunately the water was only lukewarm and never hot at that hour. This makes for an unpleasant shower. I also noticed that the hotel safe was not secure and could be carried out of the room without much difficulty. If I had brought my own screws and screwdriver, I could have fixed this in 5 minutes. I pointed this out when I stayed in March, but I guess securing the room safes are not a priority.

This is a class hotel with high prices, but during my stayI dicovered that : - noise of airconditioning is too high in the room - I had no hot water one morning - breakfast scramkled eggs and bacon too cold - service too slow

Overall, an excellent standard of service. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. There are only two comments I would make. The sir conditioning in my room (1306) did not work properly - the fan speed did not adjust. Secondly, the shower was very slippery.

« Good but service details to be improved »

Airport transfers were not good. Had to wait more than one hour for shuttle from airport, after long and tiring journey. Infrequent shuttle service returning to airport made worse by number of stops on route - some clearly to pick up shopping. Staff not discourteous, but sometimes indifferent. Not as good as I expect from Novotel
