We arrived late and were handed our room key immediately with no delay. Restaurant was about to close but the staff were great and did not rush us. In the morning the concierge arranged a taxi for us and it arrived very quickly

Very brief trip but lacking a few elements to make it comfortable. Staying in Room 701 which was generally clean and I always appreciate the bottle of water. The only unpleasant element there was a bad drain smell when running the tap in the bathroom. Cafe, bar area is not very relaxing. Needs to be more welcoming and maybe segregated a little. Breakfast was disappointing as looking at overcooked/burnt croissants and products really causes you to question the quality of other items.

Room was too small and poorly furnished. The airport shuttle was inadequate. We were left waiting unnecessarily and were late arriving at the airport as a result. The ONLY reason I booked at your hotel was it’s proximity to the airport and the expectation that a quick shuttle ride was available. My expectations were NOT met

Your staff went out of their way. When the airport van was tied up in a traffic jam, one of the desk staff took us to the airport in his own car!

I had several problems. The first room I stayed in was VERY hot. I was able to move rooms. The second one was better, was still very hot. I was told it would not get any cooler. The shower knob was stuck and I had to have someone come and fix it. The water from the sink faucet had a bad smell, like rotten eggs. I didn’t feel that the room was very clean. The one positive was Quentin. He assisted with our bags and was extremely helpful in taking us to return our rental car. The restaurant was better than expected. I would not stay here again.

Our room was lovely; the breakfast was excellent and the staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful. The only reason for giving our expereince an 8 rather than 10 out of 10 is that the air conditioning in our room did not seem to be working. We removed the quilt from its cover and slept under the cover only, so that helped, but the air in the room was not fresh; it was noticeably stuffy each time that we returned to the room. I think we were in Room 306 on that occasion; we were in room 709 on 27th June when we returned to Nice from our walking holiday in the Parc National de Mercantour. On our second visit we had a Superior room as no ordinary rooms were available ( we hadn't booked). By then the heatwave was under way and we were very glad that the air conditioning was working. We booked on the AccorHotels website for 17th June but did not book ahead for the second night on 27th June as we had originally planned to look for accommodation in St Martin-Vesubie.

Nice facilities, friendly restaurant and bar staff, good location for air travelers, not so remarkable that I would go out of my way to stay there again. But I would not avoid it either.

It would be nice to have a more friendly and welcoming staff at the registration desk. Air conditioning in the rooms should make the rooms cooler. Many other positive features of the hotel were experienced.

We arrived around 12N and our rooms were ready which was fantastic. The lunch at the hotel was excellent especially the Mediterranean salad. The hamburgers and fries were generously proportioned. The waiter was scrambling to keep up with the tables at 1 pm and did comp the extra water. The rooms are configured oddly with the toilet room separate from the shower and 1 sink. The bed was comfortable and pull out couch fine for the 2 kids. The beds are listed like "doubles" and I would say it was a queen. They do not have King beds or 2 singles which made us get 2 rooms for my in-laws. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. You can walk or take their complimentary shuttle which runs on the 1/2 hour. Lobby is clean and has plenty of seating for business travellers wanting to meet clients. They offered juice and flavored ice water in the lobby. Overall great value.

Pros: Close to airport. Nice restaurant and bar. Very nice staff. Cons: The rooms were very warm and humid. Air conditioning was not working properly. Could not sleep because rooms were too hot.

Very disappointed as we cam 3 weeks ago and had a perfect service for member at le club accor. This time no during voucher no special welcome. We had asked to get the same room as last time... Didn't happen. Very disappointing to not get a stable service

I stayed for 6 days at Novotel Nice Airport. I was happy with the location, as it was easy to visit the Nice city as well as to other cities like Cannes, Grasse, Monaco etc. The room was comfortable and 3 of us had good night sleeps during the entire stay! The staff were helpful and polite as well. Things to improve: breakfast service needs to be more attractive. During the six days we stayed the only item changed daily was the choice of cold cut meats. Everything else remained more or less same. The items were too sugary/sweet based - madelienes, cakes, croissants, cereals. The appliance/feature of boiling eggs is a big joke - understand that guests have different needs - soft boiled, hard boiled etc. but that appliance isnt great. It took us 20 minutes and wasting 3 eggs to get 1 boiled egg!! TV offerings: There were only 1-2 English channels. mostly others were french audio and no subtitles either. As english speaking guests, we couldnt enjoy anything. Would be great if we could connect our Chromecast to the TV and watch programmes that we like. It is weird that the bathrooms dont have attached toilet. It is super unhygeniec to not have a wash basin near the toilet bowl - a source water is always useful to manage any toilet emergency. Overall, while I would stay again in an Accor hotel family but am disappointed with the lack of luxury feeling i was expecting from a Novotel brand - which I suppose is 1-2 levels above Ibis

We had only one night at Novotel Nice Arénas Airport Hotel but it turned out to be an excellent choice. We arrived at Terminal 2, took the free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 then a short walk (probably 6 or 7 minutes) across the road to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern & the shower great and everything was clean. There are buses just across the road from the hotel which, for €1.50, take you into the centre of Nice & run every 15 mins. There is a bar & a restaurant in the hotel but for more choice it’s easy to take the bus. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus t9 the airport which runs every half hour.
