Hotel location to NCE was good. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. First room we were assigned was had poorly operating AC system. Had to relocate to another room. That was an inconvenience. New room AC was OK. Shuttle bus driver to airport was courteous.

We chose the hotel because of its location close to airport and also we like Novotel standards so we know what to expect. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet choices is good. I like the play area for kids it is always a plus in hotel. We appreciate a shuttle service to the airport. Tramway near by so easy to commute to city center. We enjoyed our stay both times in August.

Room was fab and everything to be honest just the food for the price was a bit dissatisfied. The ribs were basically just fat and there was no meat at all. Very disappointing

This is the first time that I stayed at a Novotel hotel. It will also be my last. Never again. I am a member of Accor Hotels and my stay at Ibis Styles is better than this hotel. Everything in the room was dirty, clearly, management of this hotel is very poor. There was mold in the bathroom. I did not use the shower at all. The table, headboard, side table was dirty. I couldn't even put my phone down. Horrible experience.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Check-in was fast, room spacious for a family of 4 and clean. We arrived later than planned and were too tired to go out and eat. So we took a risk and ate in the hotel restaurant. Very happy , we’re not rushed and plus the food was good.

it was the last night sleep before leaving Nice, we choose this hotel close to the airport because we had an early flight, and from the check-in, to the spacious comfort room, to the very rich breakfast to the shuttle service to airport, everything was more than perfect.

As we didn't know the area, it was a great location. Staff at front desk & bar area were so helpful. Cleaners did fantastic job cleaning room every day.

Airconditioner not working and no hot water

Our stay was very unpleasant! Firstly your website states that your restaurant is open all the time. We arrived before we could check in, but that was ok as we were hoping to feed the kids and then get them to sleep. But then we were told that the restaurant was not open till 12. Once we finally check in we go the the room and it is still getting serviced still, I don’t think they finished as when I went to bed there was no sheet. The room was hot and smelt musty. We turned the airconditioner on and went to the restaurant. Returned from lunch to find the room still smelly and hot. We called reception and got told someone would look at it. We went out, but when we returned it was still hot and smelly. We called reception again got the same response. We went to dinner, the poor server was run off her feet having to look after the restaurant and bar all by herself. Returned to the room and the airconditioner still isn’t working and when we go to bath our two small children, there was no hot water. The night was horrible hot and uncomfortable. If we didn’t have tired grumpy children we would have checked out and found another hotel. Service was horrible and not once were we updated on progress or the matter addressed. Will not be recommending or staying at this hotel again.
