good as ever. helpful staff for parking. My problem with this hotel is linked to the website booking. I have to call to verify if triple rooms available, book a double on line, call again to confirm triple room against reservation. Why can't i just reserve a triple for my wife and daughter (10) on the website?

The hotel was okay. Basic but clean. However, false publicity on the breakfast. I specifically booked this room on internet and paid ahead of time in order to get the room plus breakfast included. This is what was stated on the site. When I went to check out, I was told that I had to pay for two breakfasts, mine and my child's. It says on the reservation that I had to pay for my child's, which is fine. However, when I questioned the receptionist, he explained that the pre-payment only charges for the room. Breakfast is extra. Basically, the site gives false information or the hotel staff member was being dishonest. Not sure in terms of future hotel bookings with Accor.

The overall stay was fine, the staff was cordial upon arrival and departure. Two comments, the room was a bit warm (there was no functional temperature control in the room itself that I could find), necessitating that I open the window, which lead to exposure to street noise and pub revelers, which is the second comment. The hotel has no control over the second comment (street noise).

We were not very satisfied with this visit. A curious extra bed in the room. Noise from above during the night (birds on the roof?). The sfaf didn't know the parking regulations at the adjorning block and the street behind the hotel. Internet was useless less than 1 Mb alos at the reception. We have been to many IBIS hotels over the years and this one is the worst of them all.

the room itself is nice enough, but the hotel is close to 4 lanes noisy road, in a dirty place. In addition there are many mosquitos, so even if you open the window only 10 minutes to refresh the room, you can no longer sleep, disturbed by he mosquitos entreed in the room!

Didn't realise you.still had smoking rooms but easily changed to non smoking when we returned to reception from first room. I could see there was renovation work going on in reception. Car park spaces were a little tight.
