The hotel is well located, has a nice external area, with a nice restaurants and the most beautiful view of the bridge. Service is very good, attenders are nice and proactive. Rooms are good, nice beds etc. Breakfast is a point of improvement.

It was planned to stay for 10 days in the Novotel Morumbi. The room was located on the second floor almost above the entrance with a window outlook on a wall. The rooms are a bit out fashioned, refreshed, but stains in curtains and overpainted layers are pretty visible. The shower was good and the internet works well. When you have a customer for 10 days, why is he located is this room? I would expect that this is taken into account. The room rate was on a decent level, comparable with other hotel chains in SAO. The biggest issue is the surrounding neighborhood. There are no nice places to visit (restaurants, shops) in a walking distance. Actually, you are not advised to go out on you own. It would be better when the hotel had some shuttle to shopping malls . I was able to shorten my stay to 4 days and find another place to stay.

The Hotel is well located for activities in or near Morumbi. Checking was easy and fast and the staff was very friednly. Teh facilities are nice, although the gym is small, but has good equipment. The pool is nice and the restaurant is good. The rooms are relatively small, but about average when compared to similar htels.

Pretty bad. Internet was really unstable and the first morning I had to shower with cold water....the only thing I care about a hotel is good connectivity and a warm shower in the morning; This hotel provided none of them. Hopefully I'll never return.

Our experience was very positive. The hotel staff met our needs as they arose. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms and accommodations were very good. Everything appeared to be well maintained. If we were to return we would once again consider the Novotel São Paulo Morumbi. The only downside was addressing customary amenities with your guests. For example, we in the United States use facecloths for use in the showers and bath. Recognizing the customs of your attending guests and equipping their rooms with what would be customary is an area that could be improved. To be fair, we did not ask for facecloths because we brought our own knowing that they would probably not be available in our room.

Nice accommodations with poor dining experience

The overall experience was fine -- the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot, but the restaurant was very disappointing. My wife ordered the picanha burger and I ordered the club sandwich, but the problems started before the food even came out. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and the drinks tooknearly 20 minutes to be prepared, and when my drink did finally come out, they got the order wrong. Then when the burger came out, they also had messed up that order, forgetting to take off the bacon as was requested. There were no Napkins on the table and my club sandwich was soggy and bland. The burger was very difficult to eat, being cooked extremely well, making for a tough hard to chew and digest meat. Also, the bun was very stale -- it did not set a good tone for the rest of the stay, but other than the restaurant disappointing us with poor service and bad food, everything else in the hotel was up to par.

The rooms were great: comfortable and clean. The not so great experience came from the service provided at the restaurant during dinner and with front desk at checkout (checkin was great!). At the restaurant it would take several minutes for someone to come at our table even with us being the only guests at that time on our first night. I tried ordering wine but the waitress never came back to our table until she brought the food (I gave up ordering wine by then). On the second night, it took the waiter 20 mins to bring 2 bottles of water (he clearly forgot about it). During checkout, there was a (wrong) charge for a bottle of water from the mini bar. I explained that I brought the water from the outside and even the brand was different than the one offered. The staff said I would have to give then a handwritten declaration that I didn't get the water from the mini bar and sign it: it was a R$5.00 charge in a bill of more than R$2.00,00. It was the first time I had to write something like that for a mistake from the hotel. The staff never gave me my printed bill not showed me a statement for my stay.
