« Nice Hotel with great service but needs better English communication to Customers »

Host at the breakfast bar could not speak English, even though this hotel caters to a vast English-speaking customer base. I asked (with plenty of "gestures" ) 3 times with emphasis, instructing the Host to NOT charge my breakfast to my room, and that I wanted to pay with credit card. Even pulled my card out of my pocket to indicate need. He charged it to my room anyway. Also, the scrambled eggs (scrambled SOUP) are terrible. Eggs are NOT supposed to be served WET!! It is disgusting, and somebody needs to instruct the Chef how to cook scrambled eggs!!!!!! It would help if the eggs were replenished more often (in smaller batches) so they don't sit out there and "stew" in the sloppy mess. Awful!!!!!!!!

Everything about the hotel is great except for the exercise room. It appears that the exercise equipment and floor is never clean. Also, when I use the room in the morning there are no clean towels for guests to use.

TV signal is really really bad. You need to add English Spoken channels. Need to use some sort of air freshener, like glade or something, humidity can be smelled. Other than that, decoration and staff support is great!

« Nice stay overall »

Pros: Nice room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, good breakfast buffet Cons: One night I got a wake-up call in the middle of the night that I did not request. It woke me out of a sound sleep, and I had a hard time getting back to sleep. When I talked to the front desk the next morning, they said they didn't know what happened. When I talked to the front desk that evening before going to bed, they claimed they still didn't know what happened but that it wouldn't happen again. If you don't know what happened, how do you know it won't happen again? Needless to say I didn't sleep well that night either. I believe a hotel should give a reason and then tell the guest it won't happen again for the guest to have any confidence that they know how to stop that kind of rude interruption from happening again. Claiming you don't know what happened marred an otherwise nice stay.

« Don’t even know my name! »

It is unbelievable that the hotel was unable to process that I am a woman and my husband is called Victor and keeps sending me email on his name! I made the reservation and I demand to be recognized as the main guest. I’ve already called the hotel and demanded that I did not receive another email like this, but they keep on coming. Never been so disrespected in my life since I live in a democratic country that a woman is completely capable of having a saying e paying for her own expenses. End these emails now!
