All fine, very positive. Just one comment - there were a lot of flies flying in the breakfast buffet area and sitting on food. Please install an insect repellent or UV light.

Got a great nights sleep in a clean and spacious room, where they had thoughtfully provided two single beds for our children. Hotel was located in an industrial area, and being the weekend was very quiet, which was ideally for us. There was a great range of food for breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel on 21/5 and 28/5. I 've been going to this hotel since years. Unfortunately the quality level has been dropping since then. The corridors are old and the floorcarpets are old and dirty. The elevator was not working and they admitted it was out for a while already. The breakfast room was dirty .. There were flies everywhere on the food. While eating I saw the dust on the bottom of the closets. The worse moment was when I got to the bar for my free drink (as accor member). The bartender was already not very sympathetic when he saw it was a free drink. He took a glass that had been just put into water and that was not dry (at all) and didn't look very hygienic. When I asked (politely) if I could get a dry, clean glass he started to mutter and then took a clean glass but added ice and then (I still don't know why) started shaking the glass with his full hand on the top of the glass (talking about hygiene .. :-( ) before handling it over to me.

Overall, a good experience. My son and I enjoyed the hotel and the very friendly staff. Our only issue was the fact that breakfast ends at 10:30 on the weekend! 11:00 would be better and more inline with other hotels weekend times.

Disappointing Lift out of service. Although service lift at back of hotel was available Hair drier not working (loaned one from reception Bathroom was very scruffy Carpets in stair well were threadbare in places Seating in bar area was extremely worn Food in restaurant was good and staff helpful Overall not what you expect from Novotel

Old, dirty hotel

The first room I was given was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The second room was better but not by much. Everything in the hotel seems old. The walls were dirty, carpet was worn out, furniture was shabby. The WIFI didn't connect in my room and the internet cable was not plugged into anything. The breakfast area had dirty floors and very little selection by the time I arrived (no scrambled eggs). All in all, not a very good hotel.

Nice hotel with free parking, clean room, nice staff, good choices at buffet breakfast. The next tram station is 1km away. You can park your car at P+R Kinepolis & take tram or bus to the city center. Adults & kids over 6 pay 3€ each per way. At a Mercure hotel, I got free welcome drinks as a silver member but I didn’t get them here.

I am an Accor Platinum member so I have extensive first hand knowledge of a lot of Novotels. This one is the worst by far. The hotel is in a good location for my work but I think it's time for a change. Two things particularly stand out. Firstly the room is dominated by the TV. It's a 50 plus inches and is slap bang in the middle of the wall. I couldn't open my bag on the stand, and couldn't use my laptop on the desk without banging the bottom of the TV. Secondly, the restaurant. I went for dinner at 2120 and there were less than a third of the tables occupied. There was a barman and two restaurant staff on duty. Tables had not been cleared from previous customers, and had to be done so for me. Next came the wait for a menu. It took so long that I went and got a drink from the bar and was back at the table before it arrived. The menu arrived at 2130 and I ordered straight away, as I'd read it at the bar while I was waiting. By 2200 with nothing in sight I asked the waiter where my food was. It's coming was the reply. A couple of minutes later he came over to ask me what I'd ordered. Not a good sign. By 2215 I'd had enough of waiting so I cancelled the order. It's too late to eat by now. A few minutes later the food arrived. Hang on, hadn't I just cancelled it? The waiter's attitude was that he'd done me a favour by rushing my food out and couldn't understand why I sent it away. No word of an apology. I would like to say that this is a one off in the restaurant, but my work colleague was similarly unimpressed with the service, and I have seen it nearly this bad before. I shudder to think what it would be like if the restaurant was busy.

Dirty bed with dirty clothes from prvious guest

The room was &quot;simulated&quot; to be clean. However after I got shower and was undressed and was going to sleep I moved occasionaly pilow and have seen some few old dirty clothes from previous geust. That means, the room was not cleaned and bed clothes were not changed at all !!! Not a nice experience, to be honest. On the reception the didnt want to belive me, then were gone with me and asked isnt yours clothes? :o An then as it was evident the clothes obviously couldnt even theoreticaly fit to me, then; Oh je, Oh je, our appologies. But to be honest how needs such appologies?
