I was very disappointed on this occasion. The previous two stays were great but not this time. Upon arrival reception had no details of our booking even though we had prepaid. The restaurant was a disaster. We ordered dinner, a bottle of Champagne to start and a bottle of wine to have with dinner. The waiter, whilst being a nice guy, didn’t have a clue what he wa doing. He got the order totally wrong, delivered starters and main course together, I had to chase him twice for the Chapagne which we opened ourselves and then had to chase him for the wine.

No surprise at all. I stay at this hotel from time to time on my way to business meetings in Paris area. Rooms are clean, staff is very pleasant. Only negative... food quality is going down over time. Used to be a quite good restaurant. Today menu selection is quite limited and basic (burgers, salad). It would be quite easy to improve it by offering some traditional and more qualitative food.

I spent the weekend, Friday to Sunday night, the hotel is clean and tidy but the services available were very poor. The selection of food at the bar and dinner were small and on the Sunday there was no Chef so I had to choose what to have on the Sunday evening on Saturday, quite frankly I could of had a better food service and choice at Mc Donalds, the price I paid was very high for something I could of bought in a supermarket for a few euros. I have stayed in this Hotel many times over the years and I was surprised at the way everything was.

The hotel was not very welcoming (especially when driving in!). Staff were friendly but distracted. Breakfast room was not very clean, room was not very clean.

Four of us had booked rooms in the hotel, two of us were bumped out. Upon check in I notified the receptionist of my allergy for feathers. She was flabbergasted and said that was highly unusual and no she had no idea what was in the pillows and couldn't I just look at the labels myself. I then went and stripped the pillows, 3 of the four had no label on them. The room I was in was supposed to be non smoking but it was clear someone had smoked in it. When I told that to the receptionist she said, no, it is a non-smokers room and there is nothing we can do. I came to breakfast the next morning just after the Asian group had finished and was faced with chaos. No bread knife, no cutlery, no eggs, no fruit. Terrible hotel.

The receptionist was friendly, courteous and professional, the room was stylish, spacious, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The "city breakfast" was OK, though I would have preferred a healthier option of fruit and cereal to a feast of pastries!

Room was clean, restaurant service was good, kids enjoyed the pool, foosball table, ping pong table, fitness center. Only problem is that I asked for extra towels because we used the towels for the pool but receptionist said the hotel does not provide additional towels.
