Everything Ok, unless the breakfast not good in the first day of my stay. Several items were not replanished, including basic things as bread, plates, napkins, sugar. The lady who I asked for those item she was nervous with the situation - what I can understand , but she was RUDE with customers, including my wife - what I can't accept. To compensate, at reception mr. Eric was great, helpful, kind, really good professional. For this reason I consider GOOD, because at the restaurant the situation was really BAD.

The hotel is located in an industrial park, convenient to major roads and 10 minutes from beaches. You need a car. Ample parking lot with Tesla electric charging stations. Staff is professional and pleasant. Rooms are good size, comfortable, clean and updated. Breakfast was a disappointment. Good, fresh orange juice. The rest was of poor quality. Coffee was watery (either poor quality coffee beans or incorrect machine settings). Bread was industrial baguettes (please get bread from Paul, located less than a minute away). There were no warm dishes. Cold boiled eggs were peeled and displayed in a bowl. The same bowl with the same eggs appeared on each of the three days we were there. Do NOT peel boiled eggs for clients. Either let them peel their own (for obvious reasons of hygiene), or provide a facility for boiling eggs. The ham and cheese slices were of the minimum standards. This was the worst breakfast we ever had at an Ibis Styles in France.

We stayied for 8 nights, the whole family liked it very much. Very good staff, always ready to help and advice. Hotel General Manager was always willing to help and assist personally if needed. The Hotel facilities like pool, bar and restaurant were very good. Good food, always fresh and tasty. I warmily recomend to stay in this Hotel and enjoy of its sorrounding, the beach, etc.

As always, Ibis Styles offer good accommodation for the price. Shame the bar closed at 10pm and we arrived at 10.05pm. We were looking forward to a relaxing beer after a long journey but were too late. Other Ibis Styles we have stayed at were open much later.

I had to spend nearly two weeks at a local race track, so a hotel where I felt comfortable and welcomed for a somewhat extended period, was essential. Thankfully, the Ibis Styles Toulon La Seyne-sur-Mer met my needs extremely well. From the very welcoming check-in, through the always prompt, efficient, and often generous housekeeping, to the plentiful breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice!!), and the fast check-out, the whole experience was extremely good. My room was comfortable, spacious, with a well-ordered bathroom and great shower. Noise from other rooms was very low to non-existent. Although there is a busy road quite nearby, the double-glazed windows blocked out any distracting noise. Two areas of improvement: the free wifi was of low speed. I would have been happy to pay for a higher speed service. And the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. Other than those two points, I will most definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Generally the Hotel was good, but I had to wait 20 minutes to be served in the bar as the same staff member was in serving there and running the restaurant. There was only him on duty and the restaurant seemingly had priority..... Also, the airconditioning in my room was pretty ineffective. Despite being on cool, on minimum temperature and maximum fan, my room was still extremely hot.

Very pleased with the size of the room for 3. Really impressed with hotel staff, very helpful. Room cleaned every day. Good breakfast and coffee and tea available throughout the day. These nice little extras were much appreciated. East access to Carrefour and A50 to great beaches at Sanary, San Cyr and Bandol. Enjoyed 5 days at this hotel and would definitely book again. Having chosen this hotel as a relaxing end to our holiday it proved to be anything but relaxed. I waited 10 mins for someone to tend to the bar even though I was seen 3 or 4 times by the staff in the restaurant. The airco in our room wasn't working and by 2315 I couldn't cope and was offered a fan but then you didn't have one. I was offered a different room but as my wife was already asleep this wasn't an option. I used my own fan which I fortunately had in my car! After a terrible night I informed reception at check out who told me I should have changed rooms and no one else had complained about the airco. As a long serving accor member this is the first time i have had an issue in one of your hotels but feel this wasn't dealt with sufficiently at the time with the option of "sending an email" the only solution. Dissapointed with the airco but sad by the lack of customer care or interest, it's only the beginning of the peak season, goodness knows how the staff will be in 6 weeks time!
