Room not looking like the ones on the site. Missing towels. Stained blanket. Broken door chain. Damaged bathroom. Key cards not working (1 out of 2) Small pool with many kids with inflatable toys, when the pool is very busy!

Overall positive, although the hairdryer didn't work and one of the plug sockets in the room didn't work.

Great customer service, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had to print the boarding pass and she assisted me very well in this regards. The room was clean, great breakfast and excellent and relaxing pool.

I have 0 complaints just one small suggestion : let people know what is in the burger before they are served. My burger had some strange sweet sauce that I didn't like very much. I would have preferred to ask for the same burger but minus the sauce. I'm not complaining because everything was great, the staff was very friendly.

Nice and very clean room with the toilets separated from the bathroom, what was indeed much appreciated. Very quiet as well, so as to allow very refreshing nights, what was not obvious at first sight considering the surroundings (motorway and nearby airport). Dedicated and professional staff plus, the icing on the cake, a delicious dinner during week days. Still on the subject of the restaurant, could we pray that this top class service be extended over to weekends when possible ?

We missed our flight because of security alert in Marseille. We had until 8pm the following evening. The pool was great for my daughter as she just wanted to relax. I took the shuttle to airport and went to aix en Provence. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good. I do not like the decor at all. The choice of food in the evening was not good . It was as a weekend so restaurant was closed.

The bad: - Staff was overeager to clear plates at dinner before we were complete when there were many others in the restaurant (not last ones). - Inadequate outlets for an airport hotel - only one bedside stayed powered when room lights were off. Business/leisure travelers purposefully staying near the airport expect to juice up and go. - For an additional payment, the breakfast was a simple underwhelming cold continental buffet. The kind one normally gets complimentary in European hotels. - The room had a strange funk after returning while staff were cleaning other rooms. - Despite relaying desired time for shuttle in advance, the expected staff didn't show up for 15 minutes, and eventually another member of staff came out to take us. The good: - Colorful decor - Decent wine selection for dinner. - Reception staff was nice, moved us to room further from entrance when asked. - Wifi worked.

Starting from booking the room through the reception room the service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, check-in was quick and courteous and the airport shuttle was excellent

« Worst Hotel I ever had in Marignane area »

a) Room was dirty (Floor did not look hovered at all) b) the noodles at the restaurant (10€) looked and tasted like a package from the supermarket c) The breakfast was disappointing - not even hard boiled eggs (nor scrambled eggs or sunny side up) only one kind of cheese and only one kind of slice cut

« Convenient and good cost benfit »

As usually on Ibis hotels, good room and bathroom , clean an quite spacious. Efficient and welcome checkin and staff. Good choice just for resting before/after a flight. The only thing I didn't like was that since it was sunday the restaurant service was very limited to the bar menu's options.
