We went for the easter weekend. The hotel was really nice to organize an egg hunt for the kids. The location of the hotel is superb and the rooms were fine. The only thing is that the so we need it more pressure.

Kept me awake the first night I stayed in hotel on March 26th. This affected my performance ar work on the Wednesday. I changed room for thar second night. I expect some compensation and if not, I'd like to apply to a higher organisation and will not use NOVOTEL again. I used to work at the hotel chain in the UK while at college and expect standards to be better to be honest Yours sincerely Sean B. BSc Hons

The hotel is extremely outdated and bathrooms looked like they were straight out of Chernobyl ( lobby had better bathrooms). The front desk did not understand basic English ”is the car park safe” and getting a wtf look back, overall they were a bit rude as they basically told us we were too dumb to find the correct parking and in the parking garage the arrows just took us around and around. The breakfast was okish, but nothing fancy. The lobby was actually

Hotel staff not friendly. Hotel is not clean. While lobby area is nice and modern, the rest of the hotel is falling apart. Hotel is not clean. Housekeeping is sloppy and does not clean properly.
