I stayed 2 nights, and I am really sorry, but I have to say it was a very bad experience (usually I am always satisfied with Novotel hotels). In the evening of the 28.06, we had diner at the restaurant of the hotel and we had to wait so so long (the nice waiter offered us the tea at the end, but still). But the worst is that my colleague and I were sick on Friday evening (food poisoning), and it can only comes from the breackfast of the hotel on the 29.06 (only common meal we had together).

The hotel was nice,the room was nice,the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that I booked for two guests and we only received one complementary drink on arrival.My wife felt not wanted which I think was wrong. I don't care what the hotel policy is.The area outside of the hotel looked dirty because the garbage pails were full to overflowing.

We only stayed one night but it was a nice stay.The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. The room was small but nice. The only thing we didn’t like were the garbage pails around the hotel were full and overflowing with garbage which gave the hotel a dirty appearance.

Comfortable room, nice grounds, excellent breakfast. One come down was the welcome drink, one drink only per room, irrelevant if you are a couple, pretending it was a new rule in the accord hotel!! Can you explain to me why we got two free drinks and accompanment biscuits in the accord hotel the following night, it seems to me that some manager are more mean than others and I start wondering if it is worth having a fidelity card. Diner was O K but pricey for what it was?

Easy and secure parking and check-in to a worn-out looking Soviet era hotel, below the usual pretty good standards of the brand, certainly if compared to qpart-Dieu hotel - although the desk staff were quite welcoming and helpful. Location far from convenient eateries makes it difficult not to eat in. A big mistake. The in-house greasy spoon was just that: greasy and ineffectual to the point of surrendering our cutlery and retreating to our room for leftovers and water. The scratch marks in the lift and unmatching floor and room numbering scheme had us wondering but the bed was just fine, with an abundance of nice plump pillows. But who chose the dust-catching render on the now grey walls ? All in all not a place to return to until someone puts broom to the place.

It was unbelievable what happened at 15 of May. Although I have payed from 2 of April 170 euro for a room for three persons for one night, at 15 of may the very caddish receptionist told me at first that I didn’t make the reservation for Novotel but for one hotel I didn’t know with the name West lodge!!!!!!!! When I indicated the reservation paper from your official site she told me that your computers made a mistake!!!!! When I said I want my room she told me we don’t have room you must go to West lodge, otherwise you have no other choice!!!!!!( she meant that I must stay at the park).This behavior is at least amateurish, invective, criminal and abject towards to one loyal client like me. I am waiting for your apologies and my compensation taking into account that the West lodge I was required to stay it was at least inadmissible and in addition to they gave us a double room for three persons!!!!!
