it was good however I did to call to receive the invoice for the fast check out. Also I had put my dirty clothes on a plastic bag and the cleaning lady has thrown away.

Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was fine and the dinner was very good. We would definitely return as the location is very well situated and the price reasonable.

« Brief Visit »

Whilst the hotel location was as expected when we arrived on the Sunday the service was poor. Check in staff were not helpful at all and bar and restaurant staff (same person) were miserable. We have stayed in 4 Accor hotels on this visit and Rennes was by far the worst.

« It was okay. »

The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. The housekeeping was not very good, they did not replenish the soap and left dirty towels in the room.

« Rooms needs an argent redecorations »

Reception reps. Were very polite and helpful. Lobby is nice however rooms are very old. Furniture and decoration must be updated. This hotel can not be marked as a 4 star hotel with this price tag. Ibis style hotels are much updated.

« Rooms needs an argent refresh »

Hotel is conveniently located but rooms and hallways must have an argent renew. This is not a 4 stars hotel by 2017 standards. carpet in the room was stained and dirty, very small old LCD flat TV . Images on web are non respecting current rooms status. Ibis Style hotels are nicer and fresh and you get breakfast for less price.

« This is the first time in 10 years we have been disappointed, with feeling hotel has cut back on staff and quality. »

Lady at Reception was very friendly and efficient. Room was fine except for two stains on the carpet. Only given two sugars on hospitality tray - not enough even for one guest. Dinner was standard and satisfactory, with efficient and very friendly waiter, always smiling. Breakfast at 9.45 a.m.was very disappointing: 1.level of fresh orange juice was below tap level, so another guest offered to tip the container so could pour; 2. one coffee machine did not work 3. only a crust of brown bread and advised no more left, so had to eat white; 4.had to ask for eggs to boil and dish containing scrambled eggs was empty; 5.poor choice of meat; 6.only end crust of the brie type cheese left; 7.fruit salad was bitter, with pips left in all the apple segments, with peel appearing worm eaten; 8. staff barely seen; polite enough but appeared to be occupied elsewhere; 9. overall, very poor value and disappointing experience. Checkout - gentleman was friendly but did not ask if everything had been satisfactory and whether we had enjoyed our stay, which has always been asked previously; so did not raise breakfast issues. Left the Hotel with negative feeling.

Stay was very good, nicerenovated room and very friendly reception. Efficient progress. Room service leaves to be improved: nobody answering the phone for a long time so I passed by reception. When served in the room the food was put on the bed (?) and no fries with the club sandwich which I think is lousy for the € 16,- it costs.

Stayed here with my family enroute from the south west of france to Cherbourg- really excellent place for this type of stop. Lovely pool to cool down in after a long car journey! Right beside a large shopping centre to stock up on some last minute purchases!

As a business stayer this hotel was convientient for me ....... However there were many families with children running all over the place....? Staff were curtious and efficient with any requests, resturant okay with an understanding of the English palate ....?

The breakfast was excellent! Room are large and clean, and the scrounging is very quite. The only thing I can mention is that the air conditioner does not blow any cold air, just makes a lot of noise.
