« Two night stay »

The first thing is they accept dogs which for me is a great + ! The rooms are fine, with air con, and small bathroom, the food in the restaurant has improved, in fact very good conpaired to how it was, the staff are very helpful. It’s not too expensive!! It is very close to the motorway which is very convenient.

No elevator available. We got a room and our neighbors are a rugbyteam with young people. We move our room downstairs. That was more quiet. There is a new menucard since a month. I missed the Clubsandwich and the Ceasarsalad. I am always surprised why the people in Novotels speaks normally only French and no English. I speak French but I see lot of people struggling

The signboard and direction to the hotel was not clear at the main entrance. Bathroom - The bathtub was too high to take a shower / and bath. Restaurant- Normally we dine at the restaurant be it in Cannes or elsewhere. However, the coquilles St Jacques was not enjoyable as it had not been thoroughly washed...the sand made the meal unpalatable and unenjoyable.

« Nice hotel but finding it was very difficult and reduced your score »

The hotel was up to Novotel standards. However, the experience was blighted badly because we had to spend two hours finding you. We drove from Madrid, were very tired, and this was all made worse because we thought we were in the right area but we were 11 kilometres away. Difficulties that guests have in finding the hotel were WELL KNOWN to the management and instructions should have emphasised MUCH MORE CLEARLY that the hotel is NOT IN PERPIGNAN and navigation systems must be set to RIVESALTES. This should also be set out clearly in the booking confirmation. Also when we eventually found the hotel it was difficult to find the entry into the car park. The whole exercise of reaching the hotel was extremely difficult, frustrating and worrying.

We choose novatel perpignan rivsalts because it is always reliable. The beds are very comfortable the room is slways very clean and warm. Plus we chose a room near the hotel carpark for convenience and security

Very pleasant staff, we were very pleased that our small dog could join us in the bar area. The coffee making in the room was comprimised by just having 2 paper cups to drink from. If paper cups have to be used then there should be several available in the room because just one cup each is not adequate as the cup is too hot to hold in your hand and not strong enough. At breakfast I asked if any gluten free bread was available and was told that it was. But after a half an hour wait I was told the oven was not turned on and so the GF bread was not available.

« Excellent bedroom, bathroom needs changing to a shower so you don’t have to climb over the bath. »

Only a one night stay, food excellent, staff very polite, breakfast excellent too. The cost of alcohol very expensive and water, think you need to lower prices if people were going to stop for a weeks holiday, or a family stopping would be too expensive

« Great for famillies with children »

Novotel manages to provide a practical stay for kids while not sacrificing too much of the quality parents appreciate in good hotels. Traveling with 4 children is a real challenge when it comes to hotels: finding connected rooms allowing for 6 occupants is not easy. The cost of Novotel was the higest we paid during this trip. AC Hotel San Cugat was lower for a similar experience. The food menu at dinner is nice but the choice of the quality for the hamburger meat was probably not what the chef in Paris had in mind.

We had on-line check in/out making our arrival and departure considerably easier. The Receptionist attending to our arrival check in a good and fast manner. Dinner in the restaurant was good and served without much of a delay. It is also nice to have a waiter who can speak English. Breakfast was ideal as always in the Novotel hotels we have used.

Cleaners Delight. Happens all over the world! 10 cars outside an 80 room hotel. Our room has rooms occupied on both sides!!! Great for the Cleaners convenience but NOT for the guests! Lazy hotel management.

« Quiet area, confortable room. »

The staff were very friendly and allowed me a choice of a quiet room on the upper level. Staff Offered help with our luggage as there are no lifts. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Free parking outside is a bonus. I had made an error with my dates, but staff responded quickly and fixed for me. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Had a lovely nights stay in this hotel stayed there last year for the first time and had a great experience then so booked again on our trip to Spain again this year. Ideally located to the surprise so easy to find and only 15 mins from the Mediterranean sea for our first dip in the water
