« Great spot for overnight stay »

Great location not far from the motorway and the boarder . We have used this hotel in Perpignan three times now on our way driving to Spain . Rooms great for what you need . Staff friendly and polite . Even though we did not get there til 9 pm restaurant was Open until 10.30 food high standard . When we stopped on our way back from Spain in July outdoor pool was open to relax around and rooms had air con . Would definitely return . The breakfast was also very nice too self service with a good selection hot and cold .

We have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times and have always enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly, the dogs are always made welcome, it is clean and the food is good. The only criticism I would have on this trip is I asked in advance for a ground floor room and we were given a first floor room. We complained and it was swapped immediately

Fine hotel well run with good food ,We stay here each year and have done so for nearly 35 years.This Novotel has been upgraded and the air conditioning in the room worked well given the hot temperature. I still have an issue with the high price of wine and I think if each hotel had a reasonably priced wine sales would be higher

We had a good stay. The breakfast and shared areas of the hotel were excellent, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite tired, which was the only down-side.

It was a private business visit so it was overshadowed by the fact that I was unable to use my laptop in the hotel. I was able to access the Accor internet but not able to use it - a very unusual problem in my experience. I was able to use other WiFi connections (such as Ibis Budget nearby and later the WiFi at the airport) but not Novotel's in Rivesaltes!. Very frustrating. The staff tried their best to help and I have no complaint against them. My room was a little "tired", but everything was kept clean.

The first thing is they accept dogs which for me is a great + ! The rooms are fine, with air con, and small bathroom, the food in the restaurant has improved, in fact very good conpaired to how it was, the staff are very helpful. It’s not too expensive!! It is very close to the motorway which is very convenient.

No elevator available. We got a room and our neighbors are a rugbyteam with young people. We move our room downstairs. That was more quiet. There is a new menucard since a month. I missed the Clubsandwich and the Ceasarsalad. I am always surprised why the people in Novotels speaks normally only French and no English. I speak French but I see lot of people struggling

The signboard and direction to the hotel was not clear at the main entrance. Bathroom - The bathtub was too high to take a shower / and bath. Restaurant- Normally we dine at the restaurant be it in Cannes or elsewhere. However, the coquilles St Jacques was not enjoyable as it had not been thoroughly washed...the sand made the meal unpalatable and unenjoyable.
