I found the staff very pleasant and helpful from the time arrive to the time I left. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. Staff enabled me to put my motorcycle very near to my room as I it was a concern for me that there was no safe garaging but the site security is good so I slept without too much worry. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

« A transit stop hotel became a two- night stay »

We have stopped at this hotel in the past as a transit-stop overnight travelling south-north. We have grown to like it very much and this time had a two-night stay. Though not a complete success we did nevertheless enjoy it very much. The rooms are comfortable andy many have pleasant country and distinct mountain views. The hotel has a good restaurant and very helpful staff.

This Novotel is in desperate need of renovation. Rooms/hallways/stairs all out dated. Lobby modern, rest of hotel running on its last legs. Reception staff warm and capable, the same can't be said about the staff in restaurant. Rude/short staff who weren't able to track what was ordered. We both got offered a dessert after our entree (main course still hadn't be served), wrong order of drinks arrived. The menu was an old stained piece of folded a3 paper, which was telling about the overall state of the hotel. Room was dated but clean, beds were comfortable. No welcome drinks even though gold status Accor Member. Won't be staying here again.

Welcoming on arrival, quick check In, clean and functional rooms, always able to accommodate the needs of our family of 5 which is why we return every year. Only negative may be that not enough staff on duty in the bar/restaurant in the evening. The food is good and staff are friendly but you can see they are rushed off their feet, one extra person would make a lot of difference.

I might potentially use this hotel in coming future, for business purpose but: - at my arrival have been asked me mail address and I'm now part of member/club and I'm starting receiving spam/mails. - I never signed anything/ I never wanted to get your mail - I asked to reception to remove name from database and they told me there were nothing they can do.
