The hotel was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it suited our needs. Clean, few minutes drive from the airport car rental. The checkout was at 5am - there was someone waiting for us and all the process took a minute.

Old motel, not really close to Geneva Airport. This property need an overhaul. Everything is old. The bathroom, toilet, bed are all very old. Understaffed at the front desk, long wait and slow check in process.

We stayed here before our flight home to Canada and found it to be close to the Geneva airport and a lot cheaper than staying on the Swiss side. The food was good staff service excellent and the room typical of all Novotels we have stayed in clean, comfortable well appointed. Had a good meal in the restaurant overlooking the pool and a free shuttle to the airport the next day. Highly recommend it if you are passing in and out of Geneva airport. Just as an aside if you drive 25 minutes north west of the hotel , you will pass over a fabulous "Col" on the Jura Mountains with a fantastic view of the Alps and Lac Leman.

When I booked this hotel, the pictures on the website showed an updated and modern lobby (which I thought meant the hotel rooms would be similar). It did show rooms but but the pictures were brief. The rooms looked tidy and clean. However, they were very old and outdated and dingy. In fact, the whole building wad really dingy except the lobby. It felt like false advertising. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room was a huge disappointment and the shower was moldy (with a very dirty shower curtain). No coffee maker in the room. Instead, we had a kettle and little packets of instant coffee. Fortunately, we only had to stay one night and had a very early flight the next morning. I would not return to this hotel.

The hotel was reasonable, but the shuttle van service to and from Geneva airport was among the worst I have seen anywhere. he schedule was not clear, and when I arrived I waited at the airport for almost 1.5 hours and required 4 telephone calls. The hotel staff tried the best they could. This is not a criticism of the staff but, rather, is a criticism of the way the shuttle system is organized. The hotel would be much improved if the shuttle ran on a regular published schedule, without exceptions or alterations made.

Although the room was good, I was disappointed by the check-in process. The desk clerk ignored me for several minutes and did not acknowledge my presence. I thought he was dealing with a group of men at the desk, but this was not the case. Understandably he dealt with someone who had been assigned a room that was already occupied, but this didn't give me much confidence in a quiet evening. Eventually when I was checked in I felt like an inconvenience.

Room not well cleaned.

The room had not been adequately cleaned before I got in. The previous customer had had a dog (or other pet) and there were still the bowl of water and another one with dry dog biscuits in the room. They were hidden under a piece of furniture, but still. Even worse was the fact that there were dog biscuits and other dirt on the carpet (probably from the pet) that had not been properly cleaned. The only thing saving the experience was the offer of a new room and friendly staff in the restaurant. The free shuttle to the airport was also nice. Breakfast was good. Compared with other novotels I have stayed at, this felt more like an ibis budget (considering the room and bathroom).

Room was ok as Novotel standard but menu for room service was not updated so was not able to get right food . Restaurant menu was different than the menu in the room . Service in the restaurant was slow and not very pleasant . Did not really make any effort .

The hotel is conveniently located and the free shuttle bus was excellent. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The restaurant was alright but the staff were inexperienced. I had trouble with my bill as payment using loyalty points had not been credited. It took many emails and phone calls after i returned home to get it rectified and there no apology from Accor.
