« One night family stay »

We chose this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport and were really happy with our choice.The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.The girl who both checked us in and out could not have been more helpful.The facilities include an excellent swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely area beside the pool with sofas etc.The location of the hotel is excellent as it is beside the beach and opposite a large modern shopping mall.We will definitely return.

Novotel cap 3000 is situated in the heart of the Côte d'Azur. It's just a few minutes away from nice areoport and the hotel provides a pick up and drop of service if required. On first arrival it may seem as if the hotel is in the middle of an commercial shopping area especially with its grand cap 3000 shopping mall which is currently being extended, but if you turn right outside the hotel a short walk opens up the beautiful resort of st Laurent du var with its pebbley beaches and crystal blue sea. A slow stroll along the promenade leads you to a wide selection of restaurants and bars, some with a sea view and others overlook the marina. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from cagnes sur mer but there is also a very good railway network that runs trains along the Côte d'Azur from Marseille to ventimiglle in Italy and it stops at st tropeze,canned,Juan le pins,antibes,nice and montecarlo as well many other beautiful villiages. It maybe a bit more expensive in the south of France 🇫🇷 but it's well worth a visit 😊

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are very small, and the toilet is in a separate room from the shower which has advantages but also takes up space that could be used for the room. Clean and very quiet, nice menu and helpful staff. Beware getting here from the airport - the French taxi drivers are a rip off! The hotel does not help with transportation from the airport, or at least they did not offer that to us but they did have a shuttle to the airport, which makes no sense but that's how it worked.

« Good but dissapointed by the failure of the navette to collect a family of two children and two adults at the airport. After one hour wait the hotel suggested a taxi. »

We enjoy your hotel because of your location. We rent two rooms for a week most years. As I said above the collection at the airport is not a very welcoming experience.

The staff is friendly, the hotel clean, the bar place pleasant but I am sorry to mention that the food is not as good as it was years ago. I used to come here with my husband and the food was excellent. Anyway, I shall probably come again next year.

« As an Accor Club member, my expectations were not satisfied. »

When I made the reservation 4 months in advance of our stay, I specifically requested a quiet room since we were staying 4 nights. However, we were given a room closest to the elevator, the stairs (used frequently by hotel staff running up and down) and the housekeeping room, as well as directly overlooking Cap 3000 construction and the road -- definitely NOT a quiet room! When I requested a different room at Reception, I was informed that this was the only room available -- although it was still mid-afternoon. My original request for a quiet room had been totally disregarded. In regards to Housekeeping, the bed linen was never changed during our 4-day stay. Also, on one day, when we came back to our room just after 17:30 the bathroom floor was still wet from washing, indicating that the room had not been cleaned until around 17:00.

because of a misunderstanding, our friends booked a room in another Novotel in Nice. The desk staff were unhelpful in trying to find our friends' booking. Furthermore we waited 50 minutes for the shuttle and it only came after a series of phone call from the information desk at the airport

« I was very happy with the ambience and facilities and helpful and welcoming attitude of staff. »

I was collected by shuttle from the other Novotel airport hotel (Arenas) that I had gone to in error. I was attending a five-day conference (IARIA) in the hotel and all the facilities for the conference worked well including the conference dinner. When the conference was over I worked in my room for a further day.

The rooms were small and in need of upgrade. Cleaning poor - the kettle was covered in dust. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Breakfast at 9:30 was most empty of food. Eggs, sausage and bacon all run out, but the staff did not notice. Tables were full of dirty plates, not cleared. The reception staff, however, were lovely. Helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile. They also drove the naïveté to the airport and were very friendly and helpful.

« Just what we needed »

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle bus connection. Room was nice and no noise from the airport. Close to beach and shopping mall. Breakfast was nice.
