« Good hotel, unfortunately, no breakfast before 6 am »

We did not really have any problems. The room key did not work initially but it was quickly fixed. There was some confusion by the restaurant staff as to the prepaid dinner option but it was eventually sorted out. Convenient location as took no time to get to the Nice airport. The only wrinkle was that our flight was early in the morning and the breakfast did not start until the time that we had to leave (6 am) and we were not offered anything, even a coffee and a croissant before we had to go even though breakfast was included in our rate. Since the hotel caters to a lot of customers that stay there because of the hotel's proximity to the airport, it would be more proper to offer breakfasts starting at 5 am for those who fly early.

I am sorry that, despite you enjoyed your stay overall, there was so much confusion. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am really surprised about the breakfast matter : because of the proximity with the airport, breakfast opens at 5.30 am. We have an aircrew leaving very early in the morning having it every day at that time. Did you leave earlier than 5.30 am? Even so, our night receptionnist should have offered you a coffee and some snacking. I really don't explain myself why you did not have breakfast and I am really sorry about it. « Nothing to complain »

We had no issues, friendly staff, typical proper Novotel room. Very close to the Nice airport. The hotel has a shuttle or a taxi option at their expense if the flight is very early. The only comment is that it would have been nice for the hotel to offer us something to eat in the morning, even though we had an early flight, as the breakfast was included but we could not benefit from it. In other hotels, in North America, we were offered that.

Our family of 5 stayed in adjoining rooms for 1 night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had a good nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was good.

Our family of 5 had 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a 5 min walk to the restaurants along the waters edge. The breakfast buffet was good, our children enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

« Another most confortable stay »

As usual, the staff was very welcoming and considerate. We got an upgrade without asking, a very confortable spacious room, very quiet, clean etc. The lady cleaning was efficient and always pleasant . Breakfast is superb, fresh fruit are very much appreciated, all the staff is always polite and smiling, a positive start to the day. We come every year at this time and are always looking forward to the next visit. Thanks to every one and best wishes gor the New Year.

Rooms are outdated, small and smelly. Holes in couch, damaged doors and bathroom. We were so dissapointed that we just left earlier. Unfortunatelly rooms were prepaid and no refund/cancelation was possible. This was waste waste of money and reward points.

« All good except the airport transfer was late by 15mins. »

All good. Have stayed in your hotel few times before. But this time, the airport transfer was 15mins late despite us booking at 6am. The driver arrive late and only departed at 6:15am. We were almost late as 6am was already very tight as we were taking the first flight out of Nice.

« A welcoming and relaxing stay. »

This was our 3rd overnight stay enroute from Corsica to UK . The response to our telephone call for a pick up from Nice airport is speedy and efficient. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was clean . We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the Anglaise fish / chips rivalled any fish /chips I have tasted in UK ! Looking forward to our next stay !

We stayed for a week. Enjoyed the lovely beach, just 500 meters away. Beds were comfortable. Service staff cordial and efficient. Kitchen staff were wonderful and breakfast sumptuous with wide choices of foods. The Accor Group management philosophy carries through to the smallest details; including shuttle to AIRPORT.

« Good hotel in a good location »

The hotel was as it was described on line. Good welcome, good reception area, room fine. The fridge was a great asset and the daily bottle of water was appreciated. The rooms are ready for a refurbishment but the were clean and functional. I would prefer proper cups and spoons rather than cardboard- we obtained this from the breakfast room. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choices of drinks & food. The staff need to keep an eye open when food runs out, as we shouldn't have to ask fir it, but this is nothing major. The outside area is good, places to sit in the shade and the sun and the pool was fab. We really like the area and the access to public transport is excellent . The curtesy bus was a great help, thank you. We shall be back.

Initially booked one nite before our flight out, and glad that we added the day before. Breakfast the first day was great. With good dining in the area for dinner, we were too stuffed to eat breakfast our second morning. The bed was not great. Hubby said it was like sleeping in a canoe. Maybe higher turnover and use for first floor rooms? We stayed in 143. Our safe did not work and ti took multiple calls to resolve the second day, but it was resolved. Would like to return

every time i stay here it is becoming worth - specially around the room service that seems to vary a lot depending on people in the kitchen? Italian salad ordered 4 times, never looked the same, never the same ingredient or some bread with it

Great service from the start with pick up from airport and friendly reception staff. The room was fine for our needs but bedding needs replacing as past its best. We found the breakfast not the best and not worth the price we paid. We chose this hotel as well for its outside pool but were not made aware of construction work at nearby cap 3000 but this didn't ruin our holiday. Overall a very clean hotel with great staff in a fantastic location near beach, shops and train station and a fab bakery on the corner.

« Good position, excellent breakfast, comfortable - good value »

We booked for two nights, having been invited to go boating with friends. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly, the room comfortable, with a sofa and desk. The decor is looking a bit jaded with "crépi " walls and there's not much room around the bed on one side to get out and move around. The mattress and duvet were good, but I had asked for soft pillows and these were definitely NOT! Pity. Breakfast buffet excellent, if not very varied, but good value and generous. Room was good value price and we'd stay again.
