« A fantastic hotel, perfect for our stop over. »

When I drove past the hotel I was concerned about what I had booked but I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The rooms were functional and clean and the leisure space was extremely stylish. We chose to eat at the restaurant. I was hugely disappointed by my spoilt bavette and was really quite ill that evening and the following day - I know that I should have raised this but looking after two small children at the dinner table, clocking what is on my plate is far down on my list of priorities!! The rest of the party and my children thoroughly enjoyed their meals though.

We stayed here for one night at the start of our holidays (after arriving late from the ferry). We have stayed here several times before and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very good. Location is excellent, not too far and easy to find from the ferry port. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Family bedroom was good. We really enjoy the breakfast here. Such a great choice, my 12 year old daughter says it's the best hotel breakfast she has ever had!

« Very enjoyable stay and extremely good service »

Very pleasant stay. Rooms adequate for overnight stop for family of four. Good children’s facilities including pool and table tennis. Kids area was for younger children (under 5’s) which was the only disappointment as we’ve stayed at Novotel before and other girls had games zone areas for older kids - my fault though for not double checking. Restaurant was very pleasant - good choice of menu and a very substantial breakfast choice.

On our way to Brittany from UK and decided to stop here for 1 night.Food good - decent evening meal & Breakfast. Nice small swimming pool to relax in after the long journey. Ample parking as wellBeds rather firm!!

This was the second term we have stayed at this hotel as an overnight stay. It's in a convenient location. The rooms are good, although the sofa beds could beore comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection. The pool is a real bonus when travelling with kids. Over all one of the better Novotel we've stayed at.

Food was poor - bavette (over)cooked on same grill as ecrevisse (fish) and tasted of fish. 'Fruit Salad' was nothing more than lumps of apple in a thin liquid.

We area a family party of three and stay regular;y at Accor hotels. We checked in on line and said we would be arriving late at the hotel. We also advised that one of our party was a wheelchair user. Upon arrival the member of staff on reception appeared to have no knowledge of our circumstances. The room we were allocated had a sofa bed but this had not been put out for us and there was no guidance how. The receptionist came to do it but appeared to be irritated at having to provide assistance.

« Disappointing meal »

The room was fitted out to a high standard with USB charging points in abundance. The bed was comfortable but a bit firm for my choice. We ate in the restaurant and were disappointed with the meals we had. My entrecote was cooked as requested but was very gristley for an entrecote. I complained to the waiter and he offered a second one which I declined as we had already finished and wasn't confident that it would be any different. The biggest shock came the next morning when we got the bill. Each beer had cost over 8 € and it was the same beer which a few days earlier we had paid 6€ for in an Ibis. I know that Novatel is a step up from Ibis room wise but the bar prices and standard of food were nowhere near those we had experienced a few days earlier.
