staff/rooms/cleanliness - all were fine and we enjoyed our stay overall, especially being so close to the airport however, the food quality was far below par and could only demonstrate the cooks' complete lack of professionalism/care (unedible crust of cheese left in burger - etc...) we had traveled to the same hotel outbound and this trip only confirmed our initial opinion

The hotel was nice. Clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The room rate was reasonable and good value for money. However, it was not clear that the breakfast was not included in the room rate and what the charge would be. The final charge of around 16 EUR per person seemed quite expensive. I ended up spending almost as much on breakfast as I did on the room.

The room was very small for 4 people and the auxiliary bed for the kids was broken. Although the staff tried kindly to fix it, the repair was just ok. We were to tired to ask for another room so we just forget about it. The day after, after exposing the situation in the front desk, we were invited to the breakfast, which was a nice touch from the hotel. But you should have better beds in the hotel

We are a family of six (for kids). We stayed at the hotel on our final night of vacation before taking a morning flight. I was expecting a boring nothing to do hotel. There are actually lots of things for the kids to do including a nice pool and nice grounds. The bar area, though small, was decent. The shuttle to the airport was right on time..

Very family friedly with a great garden but the dinner menu could have been better.

The room was great and the garden with swimming pool was very welcoming. We had a great dinner but we did find the menu a little bit short. A few km from les Landes, you should offer some duck. We had a good stay. Thank you.

- The children sofa/bed frame had 2 missing slats just at in the middle of the backbone.We realised this when going to bed so too late to request for a room change. What it was very disappointing, is that when have informed the receptionist at check out , we got not reaction , not apologies , not thank you for letting us know....my understanding was this is normal... - in the last 3/4 August , we have stayed in this hotel as we normally stop here before continuing our trip back home.The quality of the breakfast this year had nothing to do with the one 2-3 yrs ago.

The hotel was very tired and dated with dark corridors. The hotel had a smell of cigarettes throughout. The staff polite enough but not friendly. The whole hotel did not feel particularly clean and the chairs in the lobby area all had significant stains on them, the tables sticky but the snack food we had in bar area (hummus & pits, croquet monsieur) was quite good. Wouldn't stay again. Parking available which was good.

Upon arrival there was no cot in the room and 3 hours later still no cot for our baby and we had to chase reception to have the cot put into the room. As a family we had decided to eat in the restaurant during the evening, the chicken was pink and had to be returned twice, whilst the restaurant correctly refunded the cost of the meal it was disappointing that we weren't able to all eat together. Would think twice about using Novotel again. Shuttle to the airport was very good and on time

I've been a faithful AccorHotel clients for both business and family trip accross a few countries. This stay was by far my worst experience ever. The hotel needs a good refresh and the staff is really well aware of that. On just two floors there is à huge number of rooms deserved by just one corridor. That walk can be long, reason why, they have signs that suggest that you can Borrow à scooter. The front desk person that I encountered of 07/28/19, granted me the worst welcome experience. No explanation on the building facilities and parking lot. Refuse to upgrade my room to the next level as I always been since I'm à AccorHotel Platinum member, despite the fact that the next level room were available. The room was made prior to my visit, but was dirty includinh stains of the bed sheets. There even were a bug in the room that I took à picture of. Showing this picture to the front desk People, they were asking me what was the problem. It might be perfectly normal for them to live with bugs in à hôtel room, but not for me. When I asked for à room change for the reason specified. They were having à low voice chat just in front of me about my complaints and the extra work they will need to put to provide me the service that I paid for. Just after the kee room swap I went staight to a normal and clean room. Including the baby bed that I requested. The people in the restaurant were absolutely lovely and helpful and the Kids love the outside with trampoline and many other stuff to play with. Really great part. I explained my situation to the other front desk shift the morning after that was also lovely listening and willing to help.

The reception staff were not friendly at all and had cancelled our booking the same day of our arrival for some peculiar reasons. After speaking to the duty manager who was very helpful we decided not to pursue the matter.

Rang the hotel at least 7 or 8 times. The number rang out, but no one answered. A number of other families were waiting for the hotel transfer. This is from 9pm till 9.30pm. We had specially stated our arrival time on the booking. We eventually got on the local Bordeaux bus and walked to the hotel.

We thank you for taking the time to make a comment after your stay at our hotel. We are obviously sorry to read that the service did not meet your expectations. Having only one person in reception that evening, with a rush, it was complicated to manage the answers on the phone. Nevertheless, you should not have suffered from this problem. The crew was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The only one minor thing was that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. It may appear as insignificant, but it feels uncomfortable to leave it to the cleaning staff. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable.
