For business travel hotel is in good location and cleqn adequately but nothing more. It really has to be renovated since furnitures are a bit old. For the price given, it does not match with the expectations

My stay was as expected, since I have stayed there several times before. The restaurant was good, but not exceptional. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. The drains in the bathroom sink and shower were very slow, and I had to turn off the shower several times to allow it to drain so that water would not go on the floor.

Nice area to stay and enjoy the surroundings. Close to Antibes by car. The Hotel facilities should be improved. Bed was not the best, but it’s ok for 1 or 2 nights.

The rooms are very dated, with lots of "issues": The shower head in my room was broken, it worked but has broken and missing pieces. The large mirror in the shower room has become dislodged and is falling off, only being held in place by part of the attachment. The carpets in the hallway are heavily stained and worn. Considering the price paid for the accommodation the expectation is higher on the quality of the facilities and rooms.

Nice quiet stay, enjoyed the pool, would have liked a later breakfast. The staff started clearing the buffet at 9.25 and rudely pushed past me while I was trying to choose some last items. I know they were busy preparing lunch with a large conference group, but it should be possible to have a later breakfast for leisure stayers, even if this was jus coffee and croissants.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions during the last 15 years. For all these years it has been crying out for a refurbishment. It looks completely run down, rotten and dirty. This is a great pity: the hotel has great potential - it is located in beautiful surroundings, has a great garden and a big swimming pool (and that's why I still frequent the hotel). I do not know why this is the only Novotel that is never considered for a complete external and internal overhaul. On top of the decaying infrastructure, the staff is not remotely interested. Busloads of Indian tourists add to the sense of chaos engulfing the hotel.

The hotel was quite old and dated, the rooms were stuffy and too hot. Airconditioning didn't work for the first two nights. The breakfast was quite basic. The bathrooms need an update. Overall: price vs quality was not balanced correctly.

Hotel is nice and service is good. However, the breakfast is poor and limited. Potatoes were discusting, milk soar, ham old and brown, etc. You need much better opeartional and food management.
