Unhelpful staff, room on first floor when the booking was clear we had a new born baby and the hotel has no lift. Barman and waiters just rude and unhelpful. Gone are the days of your tremendous bi lingual staff

Fabulous reception with friendly welcome. The room itself is dated, and bathroom should be redone to new standard.

Very good service and welcoming from then staff. premises definitely need renovation with the painting falling off the walls and signs of humidity. Food at the restaurant was good, but could be really improved with a few things, for example: a number of the items on the menu were outdated and no longer available such as the mousse au chocolat. Smoked salmon was announced with red pepper corns which is delicious were there are enough, but there was only a poor little red pepper corn on mine. When I asked for more red pepper corn i was told the kitchen did not have any extra. investigating further it turned out that this was because the smoked salmon is delivered as is, not even prepared in the kitchen, etc...

Check in and check out very good Breakfast very good Room was disgusting, carpet was dirty and riddled with stains, bathroom very poor, paper cups for tea and coffee, are you guys serious.

Novotel claims 4 stars in the Accor world. This one was tired, shabby, weedy outside and generally unloved and uncared for. The staff were disorganised generally, but no point in saying anything to them when they are fully booked (peak holiday weekend). Currently only worth a 2 star price. Actually Accor do it right at the Ibis or Ibis Styles level and are much better value for money at this grade.

Just the bed I slept on was uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit very very loud and it made a noise all night. I was disappointed because I have always enjoyed staying at a Novotel.

We stayed at the Novotel Amiens on our travels through France and to explore the area, We did have trouble getting into the hotel as it is within a group of hotels. It was a quiet location even though it was near the main roads, and handy to get to local places. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a pool and a restaurant there.

Hi, We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was good enough so that we could enjoy the pool. The restaurant was good, The only downside was that there was a bath and in order to shower we had to climb into and out of the bath (not the safest thing to do when in your 70s). This did not spoil our stay though

Great hotel, good service and excellent food. Very helpful staff with travel options to town, plenty of parking space, excellent bar and very quiet location or a good night's sleep! would recommend hotel for Amiens visit if preferable to stay out of town centre.

We really liked this hotel , at which we stayed outwards and inwards on our journey.Admittedly the building is a little tired in places and could do with a little tlc , but that is more than compensated for by the friendly , courteous and helpful staff , who combined to make our time ther most enjoyable.

My reason for choosing the Novotel, it because it was away from the main land city and wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air around Amiens. I liked the place, the people were very welcoming, but on the Friday night, after a night out, I came back to the hotel around 24:00. On Saturday morning, I was waken up by a very loud bang. And this had persisted until 14:00 before going out. There was a very loud bang coming from above me, as if somebody was using a sledge hammer, I was very shocked to have heard a noise as such in the hotel room. At once I thought there were some repairs going on upstairs. Sorry guys that was a very unpleasant experience.

Easy to find, not far from the main road, but far enough to not be noisy. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a large secure parking area. we had a pleasant evening meal and breakfast. If we are in this area again we would stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to others

Also we were staying for a short night, when we arrived at 12h30am the AC in one of the room was not working properly and the room was too hot. The keys for the 2nd room were not working properly either and after being changed 3 times and tried various time eventually opened the door. We wait for more than 20 minutes before being able to get in. We came once before and were happy, enough to book for this new stay. not sure there will be another one.
