« Pleasant Stay »

Team allowed me to check in earlier which was great. Reception / concierge were helping in answering queries on how to get to Paris, where to eat. Breakfast hours were not clearly stated during check in. Will be great if reception explain the hours difference during weekends and weekday. Room temperature could not be changed. Room can get stuffy at times but it wasn't safe for me to open the window. I am located at level 1 and the mini golf area is just outside my window. No iron and ironing board. I assume this hotel hosted alot of business guests as such having pressing service instead of an iron actually doesn't help when one is pressing for time.

Personal is quite friendly and custoemr oriented Place and location are nice The key negative is that everything seems to be driven by economy. 1shampoo/1 shower gel fro 2 persons in a room, towels for only 1 person, no refill of kleenx on day 2 (box as empty), no refill of soap (1 soap for 2 days for 2 persons !!!!) on day 2 probably because we still had a little bit end of day 1, no restaurant on 31/10...We have ahd the same impression when we were there before with 3 families.... tha's why we believe it is not one shot

Our establishment follows the environmental protection movement called Planet 21. That's why we limit the number of toiletries in the rooms, but the reception is available 24 hours a day to provide more items if needed. For towels, you find one in the bathroom and one that is in the closet of your room. I am sorry if, having made your returns to our employees, this information was not given to you. Regarding the N'Café restaurant, it has effectively closed for the winter period. It's the Gourmet Bar that welcomes you with different tapas and the Room Service that is always available. We have informed our customers about this situation by e-mail and / or phone, please accept our apologies if you have not been made aware. Two nights, no complaints at all. There was a free car park, easy access to the highway, and good breakfasts. The room was quite large, and the bathroom was clean and modern.

« Unprofessional and shockingly poor service in the restaurant »

Everything to do with the stay was adequate considering the price. However, the service in the restaurant was SHOCKING! Cold starter bought out when it should have been warm, main course fatty, was dining for around one hour and no one asked if I was happy with the meal or wanted anything and to top it all off I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes to have my dessert cleared even though my plate was empty and placed in the centre of the table. Imagine my discust when the waiting staff continued to wait other tables a metre or so from mine but, still did not attend to my needs. One waitress even poured a glass of wine for another table right next to mine! I even made eye contact with another waiter and he just ignored me. In the end I had to raise my voice in embarrassment to get some to clear my table! When someone finally came over I asked to see the manager. Again a further 10 minutes later no one came

« Rooms was Ok, service I have higher expectations from a hotel »

Room was Ok Breakfast, no plate, coffe cup, no aple juice and do it yourself backing plate for egg's. Not the best of locations Had the reception arrange a taxi to go to the clamart mondelez Office. Taxi was 15min late and had no clue where to go.
