Thanks for your very sympathic & professional staff. Very pleasant swimming pool, please keep it in operation, also during the colder months (I swim all year long. As I am clearly too fat, I need this cold adaptation to get a better fat metabolism).

Reception very friendly and informative. Rooms comfortable but little evidence of housekeeping as towels remained unfolded and coffee not replaced. Difficulty finding bar staff to get a drink early evening. Restaurant menu short on choice and quality with staff rushed.

Hotel facilities were great, rooms comfortable and clean. However, the rudeness of the catering staff in the evening was staggering. Never in my 20 years of travelling around the world have I ever been more insulted by staff unwilling to acknowledge your presence or serve you.

« I used to get a better experience from this hotel »

1. Internet connection not working 2. During dinner : plenty of little flies flying around us... not great experience... the first two choice of plate were not anymore available (around 9.00pm..., not 11pm...) 3. Breakfast : Was needed to ask multiple time to get the different things (all coffee machine were full, orange juice empty, jam and eggs empty...) Finally, I would make a comment on the menu of the restaurant for dinner. There are no logic at all on the way the plate are presented... This is maybe one the worst menu in term of organisation I read. I strongly recommend to make it simpler... Overall, i went already in the past in this hotel and my experience was great with nothing bad to say. This time, nothing crazy, but plenty of little things that provides at the end not a perfect experience!

Everything was good: reception service, cleaning and room. Unfortunately the pillows weren't comfortable at all. I couldn't sleep properly because of it. Same considerations doesn't apply to mattress that were really good.

Very comfortable and friendly staff. Room a tiny bit small for 4 people and a dog. Check your email invoice as we were originally charged for breakfasts we didn't have. Great value.

Room was clean, service provided with a free bottle of water appreciated, however I could not sleep at all because of all the neighbors room closing and opening their doors all night long.

« The worst Novotel I have stayed at »

Food was awful worst meal I have ever had, room I was given a disabled room and outside the room was exposed pipework, wiring and covered carpets due to construction work taking place. Staff at the restaurant were minimum and could not cope. Reception staff though very helpful.
