In the night 17-18th there was a firealarm, which was proceed very unprofessional. Personel didn't manage peaple, didn't inform what's happen, and didn't know what to do. Additional training for stuff is necessary. People vere very confused and after couple minutes came back to room by it self. If it would be a serious case It could be tragedy. Some people even stays in the room. Point for improovement.

« The hotel was sufficient for my busines trip. »

There was a fire alarm at 1am. I had to go out of the hotel. This was inconvenient but a necessary precaution. However during the evacuation there was no further information for guests, where to go, what to do. There appeared to be only 1 staff who was single-handedly busy dealing with the alarm and fire service. I work for a large organization and we have people in place to manage the incident and to manage the evacuation. You have no evacuation control - I suggest you rectify this urgently before you have a real fire and casualties to deal with.

Checked in was fine, however, waited an age for the dinner order to be taken, I ended up having to get up can go to the waiter. This was potentially as no one could speak English, however, with my pigeon French I could make myself understood.

« very old awful room and mold bathroom without normal condition less than 1 * »

room old, carpet frightened to touch, door to the bathroom can't be closed because of moisture enlargement, window opened can't be fixed, the condition if switch on smells bad and mold. No stars at all for the room except the size. The good mattress, linens, towels, bottled water. The good clean pool and spacious courtyard inside to rest. The breakfast was really big for France with good selection of teas, coffee, juices, pastries, cereals, cheese and meat. It was good to have hot dishes and eggs baked in front of you - it was really for 4* hotel. Unfortunately no more.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is located in a commercial zone and close to fast food restaurants. Check-in and out was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. It was the service you'd expect from a Novotel at the price.

Hotel is very old and furniture is really bad quality. I'm used with Accord hotels (Ibis, Ibis budget, Novotel, Mercure), but this one was the worse. Specially when you pay 155€/night, this is really expensive.
