Spent two nights just sleeping and having breakfast at the hotel. It was ideal for our needs but the rooms are dated. The hotel is currently under renovation so doesn’t look great when you walk in and wasn’t warned about that when booking.

I slept very well, quiet room, spacious bathroom, good shower. Really impressed with the anti plastic efforts- shower gel on wall, cardboard cups for hot drinks and cardboard straws. Would be nice to replace plastic glasses in bathroom. Polite efficient staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Every single member of staff I came across were extremely professional and a credit to the hotel. The only reason why I marked the score 9 and not 10 was that I found the rooms a little hot and I was not fully able to resolve the slight issue through the air-conditioning.

Bottled water apparently a treasure for the hotel that of 3 nights we stayed, we got only 1 bottle for the first night. For the remaining day, somehow housekeeping did not put any in the fridge. We asked the front desk, a bit ‘conversation’ which impressed that they must had put it one and we need to pay if we wish for the next bottles. I did not want more hassle on the next day. So we stocked some 1,5 liter bottled water we bought from carrefour located pretty close to the hotel. I wish that they comply to their own standard of procedure.

Excellent hotel, facilities were great and location perfect !!! The lady at breakfast sadly let us down. We asked if we could have a breakfast to go (take on the train) for myself as I was running the Paris marathon and she raised her voice more than once in front of other guests saying you have to eat breakfast here!!!! I explained I had already asked reception who said it would be ok but she continued to embarrass us in front of our children ! I didn’t eat breakfast even though I had paid for it. Next day the same lady was at breakfast and I looked forward to sampling the boiled eggs and bacon but the eggs were uncooked and the bacon pale and cold. They apologised and made fresh eggs stating they would be done in 5 mins but instead it was 25 mins! Again the eggs were the same and not cooked at all. Another apology but we had to leave to avoid traffic so again myself and eldest son didn’t eat ! Disappointing service and attitude at breakfast. If it wasn’t for this I would certainly give 10 marks overall.

I was not satisfied with the room. The TV in the room did not work properly and the HDMI port was broken. This was very disappointing and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel is situated outside of the city ring, is affordable and clean. Overall it is a bit outdated, rooms are very basic and not really modern. Furniture is not comfortable and basic. Breakfast is good and good variety of choices. Reception area and hall looks good and is spacious.

The hotel lobby is spacious and perfect for meetings, reception personnel is perfect, but the restaurant /bar service (waiters) is too slow even when there are only few clients. The rooms are clean but out-dated, sink and shower could use some maintenance. To be honest I expected more for what it cost.

The room was too hot and there was no lotion/shampoo in the room. Toilet was not working very good. Bed/pillow was ok.

Great view from room over Paris. Room carpet looked dirty and could do with replacing. Good breakfast but could do with some better organization of plates/silverware. There was no real flow. Quiet and pleasant reception.

Room was quiet, but needs some renovation. Especially the bathroom had some issues and also some previous quick fixes, that could have been done a bit more professional. For instance the bathroom door handle had probably been hitting the wall, and the fix was to put a wooden handle with button on it to take the hit. Still the wall was only plastered - not painted. And there would be more professional fixes available to that problem. The are above sink was on poor shape.

Horrible experience

Room was dirty with used plastic cups in the wardrobe. Flush was not working first day. Food from the room service was terrible with a raw burguer after asking for a well done one. Shower two days with frozen water as there was no hot one. When we got hot water either would come freezing or extremely hot without maintaining it constant. No gym in a 4 star hotel ... arghhh the worst stay of my life and o travel every week on work. I have stayed in 2 star hotels much better than this one. The paint on the walls was falling, plaster badly applied ... horrible.
