The room had a very unpleasant smell during the stay. Hotel had no room service for luggage and not even a trolley for the guest to use. Never going back to mercure hotels!!

« Unresolved Room Quality Issues and Poor Front Desk Service »

Restaurant experience was very positive - delicious food and great staff. 10/10. The bathroom in my room was in poor condition. - The handle for the shower-head was broken, so it was quite difficult to shower. - The shower basin didn't drain very well - it took 4-5 mins to empty. - This meant that my feet were soapy when stepping into the bathroom. - one of the bathroom mirror lights was broken. I reported these items the following morning to the receptionist and was assured that the items would be taken care of by maintenance. Unfortunately when I used the shower on the second day, the above listed items had not been taken care of. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist at time of check-out. She apologized for the inconvenience, but said there was nothing she could do. I asked if the hotel offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but she didn't know. She just asked me to make my comments on this survey. I'm very disappointed with this Mercure property and it's inability to address simple customer concerns. Also, I do not understand why I can't earn points for my stays at Accord properties when my company pre-pays? Do you have any comments or suggestions please?

« Expensive, slow and dated »

For the price (over €200 per night), this hotel i s not worth it. 4 Stars.....is a joke. The rooms are old, dated and worn. The bathroom was dirty and needed some serious repairs. The breakfast is limited and was half empty and not refreshed. The plates were disgustingly dirty and so was the cutlery. It took almost 20 minutes to check in, 20 minutes!! and then 10 minutes to check out. And i felt like I was the inconvenience staying at the hotel. Awful. Will never stay here again and I advise others to stay away.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The room was clean and the facilities were good. Breakfast also fine. Friendly staff, conveniently located next to the Paris Expo. The beds in the hotel room felt a bit old and not so comfortable. Otherwise very good hotel.

« Not worth the money »

Room was big but do not provide the basic stuff like toothpaste and toothbrush. The single bed size was very small like the usual one. The staff at the front desk was not too friendly when required for help.

« All fine! »

All fine, a dated hotel as Atriums are very 80s! At least hanging plants real. Excellent breakfast. Lifts quick No English TV channel / no BBC WORLD yet Spanish, Italian German Etx..... very annoying?as love BBC news when travelling..., especially when alone on business. Please sort that out!

« Spacious & Clean Room and Easily Access »

Check in time is as early as 12:00nn which is very friendly to us as we took the mid night flight and landed in CDG airport 6am. Transportation from CDG airport is user friendly and took around 1.5 hours. Room and amenities are clean and tidy without problem. Hotel itself is a 10 mins walk from the Expo Center / Metro / Tram station. Buffet Breakfast is very tasty with wide range of selection. I love the freshly served bread so much.

The highlight of my stay was a good night's sleep. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms silent so I was able to sleep well after a busy, stressful day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities - tea, coffee, water, wifi etc - were faultless.

Came for business. Rooms have a nice size but seem very run down. The bed made noises when I turned and the pillows were ... to put it nicely ... bad. But there was a bed and a shower. What I needed. I don't understand why there are no spare sockets near the bed so that you can charge your phone without unplugging the lamp. Breakfast was a little boring. Bacon not crisp and the choice of healthy alternatives were quite low.

I appreciated the good breakfast. Unexpected alarm on the TV-set went off at 00:45 the first night! This was not a good experience, since it is often difficult to sleep well at hotels. It is usually too warm in the rooms. This was not a problem here, but for some reason the alarm went off!

Breakfast chaotic on our first morning . My partner could not check in as I was not with him despite his details being there. No Metro tickets on sale at reception- might be a nice idea to have some? Room fine , good shower.
