« Nice, pleasent hotel, very clean rooms, kind stuff, excellent parking »

I had a very good experience with this hotel. The location is excellent if you have some bussiness meeting in Montrouge and also pretty close to city center. The reception is very nice, people are kind and very helpful. Hotel has also excellent parking. My only suggestion is very poor light in the room.

« Good hotel price quality wise »

The room and bathroom were clean. Only on the first day breakfast the breakfast room was a bit a mess. No plates available and some of the food were gone. It was 9.00am on thursday. The rest of the stay were ok though.

« At arrival, I was given a room and when I come into, it was not yet prepared. Never happened to me in 45 years of travelling. »

The checkin was bad and the check out took a lot of time, the IT systems did not work properly.

« Unacceptable room experience »

I have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to stay again as the service is very friendly. However this cannot make up for the room being in a very sorry state (stained carpets and corridor of plastic floor covering and masking tape as this was the 2nd floor which was being renovated). Putting a towelling robe and slippers set in an unacceptable room just makes a mockery of the fact this was supposed to be a Superior room. Then when I asked to move unfortunately the room key did not work and I was delayed in getting into the new room until past midnight, it was only the following morning that the key was enabled properly. The service is still friendly but putting a corporate client into a room on a floor reeking of paint and a stained carpet is not acceptable especially if Superior and taking into account the many guests we put into this hotel from our company.

« Walking distance from the office »

The hotel is located within walking distacne from the office which is the reason why we are staying there regularly; otherwise this would probably not be my first choice. On a good side - beds are comfy and offer good sleep. On a bed side - carpets are very dirty in most of the rooms i stayed in; breakfast selection very poor for people intolerant to gluten/milk almost giving no choice to eat except fruits.

However, I have good news for you ...After december, we will have new rooms renovated with new carpets. Than, you're right we do not have enough gluten-free products on the breakfast. « Friendly reception, good hotel room but quite noisy as located opposite to the elevator, but a private belonging disappeared from my hotel room durign my absence. »

Everything was ok except the location of the hotel rool opposite to the elevator (noisy) and the fact that a private belonging (custom-made earplugs stored in a black casket on the table below the TV (costs approx. 100 €) - I definitely remember that I put them there in the morning of the 9th before I left for the office) were gone when I arrived in the evening on the same day. I reported this loss to the reception where I was told that I would be contacted by phone or E-Mail after the housekeeping will be available.

« Not good value for money »

The room was ok thought for the price per night (190 euros per night as expensive as some hotels at Champs Elysees), I was disappointed not to see proper shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and others. The bathroom was not great - the ceiling was falling down. The bed was great and the tea area much appreciated. There was no safe in the bedroom. The room service food was very good as well as the breakfast. But the food received at the restaurant was not good at all. It was cold and dry. The fish, the tagliatelles, and the dessert were not good at all. The staff was very nice. The fresh fruits at break time were very good.
