« Our Suite room is beside the lift and noisy with the lift! »

At our stay in a suite room with our kids we are not satisfied. The bed for the kids are so old fashion so that even the kids(weight around 30 kg) feels the feather of the spring mattresses. Very uncomfortable said my son and daughter. Then the lift is just beside the suite room we applied for. At 6.00 AM the noise started! You can hear the noise of the lift door and when it went up and down. We were totally disappointed with the room facilities according to the price we paid! Location is so far safe. with 2 bouncer at the hotel reception we felt safe. This is a plus!

« Good Hotel. Close to Paris Expo but Low Value for Money for these dates »

it was good stay, breakfast was nice, location was close to Paris Expo via tram. however, low value for money. there was not even a bottle of water in the room and i didnt like the room design particularly.

Very good hotel for our purpose. Staff very helpful. Restaurant closed from Friday lunchtime until Sunday evening which was a bit inconvenient but there were plenty of other dining options within a short walk. Lovely breakfast.

Good hotel overall but the location is a little inconvenient if you want to be close to either a metro or some of the major tourist attractions. Service is good and rooms are good in general but that comfy looking king sized bed is actually two smaller beds close together with a zipered sheet to hold them. Forget about using up all the space if you are alone, its just not comfortable. Breakfast is good and bakery items are super fresh. If you need an in room safe, this place does not have them however you can get a much better safe at the front desk. Just ask. Overall good hotel.

somehow comfortable -no safecase in the room which subjected me to face pickbockets in metro stations where i was stolen with an amount of 400 euros. - no shower gel , conditioner in the room . is that a kind of cost reduction

A tobacco flavor in the room, mixed up with another one I couldn't identify. The water couldn't go down the drain as the 'trap' was unremovable: well I had a feet and leg tub with my shower. Welcome and breakfast were ok.

Clean hotel. Nice personnel. But I was disappointed about the restaurant being closed on Sunday evening. No room service available either. Only snacks from reception.

We received a smoking room even though we asked for a non-smoking room. We told the staff twice but no one seemed to care. Just on the last day when we checked out a member of the staff apologized and we got a free breakfast. At least.... And breakfast was good. For French standards the room was very good and clean. If you a quite tall the bathroom might be too low though.
