Enjoyed a quiet clean room. A bit disappointed by the breakfast (do not expect scrambled eggs to be. made. using powder in. a 4 star hotel) and by the reception staff (not always very friendly or efficient)

The hotel is accepting to pay for the room when checking in, but they are unable to print the invoice. They offer to send the invoice by E-Mail after the stay. Today 11 days after check-out I have still no invoice for my stay over one week. According to the hotel, they sent my invoice for the room to another person. They were mixing personel data of the guests, which is really bad. Until today I only got the invoice for the room service to the correct E-Mail, which they have already provided me as print out during my stay - useless! I have got 2 reminders to rate my experience, but still no invoice for the room. I called the Hotel, still no invoice for my room...

Overall stay was good, clean room. On arrival room wasnt ready so I had to sit and wait an hour to check in. I did get a complimentary drink but when room was finally ready it hadn't been restocked with tea,coffee ect.

Went into room found clean and tidy , had a quick shower then out to a meeting. Back later on and when using sink in bathroom water not draining away , went to receiption to ask for a maintenance man, non available as weekend . Lady at reception very good gave me another room straight away and just across the alleyway form my original room so no hassle , all good

Stayed in first room clean and tidy , after shower used the bathroom sink and water did no run away. Had to leave the hotel for a meeting after returning checked sink again still blocked. Went down to reception and asked for the sink to be checked , but as weekend no one available , given new room , all okay.

The room was excellent but bad smell excellent breakfast as well. everything would have been perfect with out this bad smell issue.

I like very much the breakfast @ MERCURE. this is a very good point. However, this is the second time that I remark it smells really not good in the rooms corridor and especially in the room where is smells not good at all in the bathroom. there are pipe odors or odors of evacuations. the rest is perfect. but it highly impact the overall experience in MERCURE.

Upon checking in, found that my room was smelling perhaps from a burst toilet pipe somewhere. Called reception and was told they're sending someone up... After waiting awhile, I decided to checkout of the room and went to Reception myself. I was told they forgot I called. They checked me into another room but for the amount paid, I still couldn't place the value for money.

The stay was overall satisfying. The positives are: -Helpful reception staff -Good access to inner part of Paris, without having the room cost of inner part hotels -Very good cleaning of the rooms, cleaning staff went out of its way to help us on one day, did not expect that -Large rooms with good bathrooms Neutral: -Heating was working, but slow -The entrance floor was in an appropiate condition Negatives: -No shower in the bathroom, tub was inconvenient -Much of the furniture in the room had at medium to strong signs of use -The overall condition of the room floors was below average, renovation would improve the feel

Good rooms. Some good staff. Good breakfast but needed an omelette station and room service should keep 2 bottles of complimentary water for guests rather than 1 (for 2 guests). All in one product for body and hair in bathroom was just not what I would expect in Mercure. Good bed, good heating system, decent sized room. Definitely recommend for anyone to stay, just bring your own shampoo&conditioner.

Good hotel, good rooms , good breakfast, helpful staff. Definitely one of their good hotels.Small walk to metro so its convenient. Very safe. Very good hair dryer !Just bring your own shampoo n conditioner

It was a nice hotel but it's not simple to give an opinion for some reasons. The first day we had a nice guy at the accueil , the other days they were just regular. Each time to enter to the hotel we were invited to ring a bell and sometimes we had to wait to enter because they were busy to open. At the room we had a noise that came from the room up to ours. We don't know it it was problem with something or just the person in the other room. We had a bad smell coming from the bathroom time to time and the heaters dry to much the air at the room. The breakfast was nice enough, that's why we choose Mercure each time in Paris and that was ok. The location is regular too, the place was calm enough. I think they should renovate the hotel in many ways, i think they started doing that at the restaurant, but they should continue with the room that look a bit old.
