We have stayed here quite a few times and always had a pleasant stay. This time we had a room which seemed near a service lift or noisy pipes as there were loud bangs and grinding metal noises in the night that woke us up repeatedly

Great location. Stone throw away from moulin rogue and sacré coeur. May not be suitable to families with kids due to all the sex shops aorund. Seem short of staff as queue tend to form at counter whenever we pass by

Pros: excellent location near Montmartre Comfortable beds Large bathroom with bath and shower Amazing views from 9th floor Cons: only provided with paper cups and refused china ones when asked in reception No kettle, just a espresso coffee machine. Water from this not hot enough for tea Only open storage - no drawers for underwear or personal belongings and very few hangers

The welcome in the hotel was underwhelming. Person behind the counter was distracted and clearly not fond of speaking English. No questions about our journey or how we were only business questions. Furthermore there was no explanation on anything, where our room would be, how breakfast worked, where the bar was, nothing of this. We did get our welcome drink voucher but no explanation on that either. While she did control my passport no mention was made about the fact that it was the day after my birthday, we have had better receptions and mentions of this in other accor hotels. The room was 50/50, we loved the view although we had paid for a sacred coeur view and we clearly got a roof top view with 10% sacred coeur at the right of our view. The rooms is lovely spacious and the bed nice. The room was very clean. There were some clear damages in the room though. The wall besides the bed had a hole (small but noticeable), and the same with damages on the table. The bathroom while sufficient had some clear markings around the bath, a nicer finish would make this a lot better. Room service breakfast was easily ordered and arrived within our time frame. The food was nice with the breads still being warm :) This evening we ordered room service which took us 4 times explaining what we wanted but the food arrived timely and we were able to use our drinks voucher. A big underwhelming fact, because at check-in our credit card wasn't asked, we had to pay directly. Which meant we couldn't tip the waiter. That night we put our trays outside as well as our breakfast room service card. However, the next morning while waiting for breakfast we noticed the card was still there while the trays were gone. So we had to hurry to make breakfast downstairs. This was really annoying. However, the breakfast buffet was very nice. Check out was smooth but when we were asked about our stay and react mixed there was no follow up. So all in all it was a mixed stay.

It was ok. It served its purpose. On our first night the heating didnt work until we complained and the fridge was empty all but one bottle of water. The breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. The staff were excellent.

Everything was alright! Bed ok, Breakfast ok. Just one problem with the staff not picking up the in room breakfast trays left in the corridor all day :-/ Other than that it is a good hotel if you chose the privilieged rooms.
