Very disappointment with the treatment received by Front Desk Supervisor

It was my 4th time staying in this property, but NEVER again. An accident happened in the room and the only chair available in my room got dirty. After doing my best to clean and remove any stains myself, housekeeping removed the chair to clean (which was expected), however they did not replace it. After going to the Front Desk to ask if it was possible to replace the chair, I got called out, humiliated, gaslighted by the Front Desk supervisor who told me it was not possible to replace the chair. I had another full day where I needed to work and eat in my room. I insisted it was important to have a chair, any chair. The rude tone, humiliation and gaslighting continued. It is already an uncomfortable involuntary situation that only got worst with this horrible treatment. I only finally got a chair because I insisted and threatened to take one from the restaurant. I could not wait to leave this hotel! It's a shame that this is how they treat customers, because the actual location and facilities were perfect for me, but they have no respect with their guests (even if they are frequent ones).

My friend and I had a 3 day city break. The hotel located in a great location. Just down the road from Arc de Triumph which was a good landmark for getting about. The hotel was very quiet. The rooms really , clean and reasonable size. The breakfast was excellent. Beautifully presented and lots of choice. The 2 guys on reception were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely have no hesitation in staying there again

The hotel is in a very practical location, next to shops and many restaurants. It's a super small hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast is nice. There are so many options for drinks and food within a 5-minute walk. It's super practical. The subway station Charles de Gaule is a few minutes away and enables easy connection to RER and metro.

The front desk manager was unacceptable reaction and the way of talking. I will never thinking again to booking this hotel.
