« Great location and staff! »

Great location and wonderful staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has basic amenities. U just cross the road and you’re on the beach, note that it’s all pebbles not sand. Breakfast is available on the 1st floor.

« Good time in Nice »

We stayed in Nice for 2 nights and the hotel was good. Our room wasn't available when we arrived to check-in however it didn't take too long. We asked and received a 1pm check out. Our room and bathroom was spacious especially compared to the room we had in Paris. Close to restaurants and other tourist attractions location good. Not a fan of the room colour scheme but we only slept there. Staff happy to help. Made dinner reservation on our behalf as we don't speak french. Good place to stay.

« Horrible experience »

The first night I was put in a room that was leaking water from the sealing, then i was moved to a 'disability' room and after my second complaint I was put in a "normal" room. The rooms needs a lot of refurbishing. I was surprised that there is no gym although this is supposed to be a 4 star Definitely a 2 star hotel max.

« Service Disaster »

One should ask where service staff had been trained... The first greeting sentence from hotel reception was "That's early", since we would like to check-in when we arrived around 11 am. Even though we did online check-in and arrival time already mentioned, but online check-in seems to be useless in this case. No smile, No asking about our journey to the hotel, very impressive. We received welcome drink while waiting for the room to be ready. Staff did not know how to open the bottle of beers...that's ok, we can open it. After half an hour of waiting, we got a room with garden view which was not what we expected. We booked a room with sea view/garden view, but we got the room that almost not see the ocean. I think the hotel should remove word "sea view" for this room type in the online booking system to avoid confusing. However, thanks to the effort of general manager for finding room with ocean view for us in the last 2 nights. No welcome amenity in room, because we checked-in too early? Calling to hotel reception was unfortunately not possible, since nobody picked up the phone after several attempts. At the end have to went down. The location of hotel was very good, but the hotel was not well maintained at all. Cigarette burn on carpet. Shelve for coffee machine was not attached well to the wall. Big soap bottle dropped on floor, luckily did not happened while we were showering. I've been to many hotel around the world especially Accorhotels, I would say that this hotel did not meet standard of 4 stars hotel of Accor and really need to be improved quickly. « terrible front desk »

overall, it's a very small hotel and the price is toooooooo expensive. Moreover, the front desk's attitude is terrible. I wanted to borrow an umbrella and they just said "we don't have" I cannot imagine that a 4 star hotel has no umbrella.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean. The breakfast was always a nice experience. Although the room needs a new carpet as it has a lot off stains on it, and there was a big chip on the cupboard that the fridge was in. It didn’t cause any problem but didn’t look nice.

As Accor members we were unable to use our cards for discounts on meals and breakfast which was disappointing. The hotel was in a great location for all our sightseeing. We were disappointed with the view from our room but all the facilities were okay.

The location was perfect. Right on the promenade, waking distance from everything that you need to see in Nice. The staff was really kind and helpful. Floors were damp, room drab, average breakfast, price ridiculously high. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment. We were extremely disappointed with our room for our wedding anniversary.
