The location of this hotel is exceptional. You can have coffee in the breakfast area looking at the beach. The rooms are confortable and spacious and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I was hoping to get a room with a view of the beach but I didn't. But could get out of the hotel and cross the street to walk to the beach. Everything is at walking distance from the hotel. Good restaurants around.

Very well situated hotel, polite and friendly staff. Room OK but rather minimal, ok for tourist short stay but not for a business traveler needing a working space and extra power outlets. I am docking a few points because the room was not carefully cleaned. For example the bottom of the shower door hardware where it attached to the wall and bathtub was quite dirty as are the corners of bathroom floor. I suspect there is a rapid turnover of rooms and the maids are cleaning too quickly. As a comparison, 3 weeks earlier we stayed at the Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport and although the room was smaller there was a desk and several electrical power outlets.

I have only one negative comment and that is the damp smell in the room. All staff were helpful, on task and friendly. I was very comfortable and appreciated coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast excellent. I would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Overall had a lovely stay however only down points were that the hot items at breakfast were cold or lukewarm and housekeeping never left coffee creamer and we were left short on toilet roll.

Great room with a view

We stayed in a Superior Sea View room and this spacious, comfortable and clean. The view overlooked the promenade and was a welcome site every day. We had booked the breakfast and there was plenty to choose from, however the “hot” items were never hot and ranged from lukewarm to cold. Service at reception was great, however the let down was the stocking of supplies in the room. We had a Nespresso machine in our room and no creamer when we first entered. I managed to find a cleaner on the floor who brought us some. The other days we did not receive any at all and had to ask reception for some. Also on our last morning we ran out of toilet paper and I had to take one off the cleaner’s trolley. Overall a good stay but maid service needs to be improved.

hotel was in good location, clean friendly staff but room was average. not enough light in the room and shower floor got very wet when having a shower due to the shower screen not being sealed effectively along the bathtub

This hotel was a major disappointment on so many levels. It fell very short of my expectations relative to the price I paid. The lobby was messy and not welcoming looking. Breakfast was Not satisfactory, no option to have custom made eggs/omelettes like other even less expensive hotels and having to make your own eggs was something I have never experienced before in the many hotels I have stayed at all over Europe. I go on vacation so I don’t have to cook my own eggs. Poor assortment of baked goods, only one toaster for 2 slices of bread is not enough and coffee quality can be improved. There were urine splatters on the wall next to my toilet that have never been cleaned, you had to contort your body to use the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the lighting was too dark throughout. Fridge cabinet was unfinished and room lacked finishing touches that make you feel like you’re in a 4 star hotel. One free bottle of water for 2 people staying 5 days was pointless and almost insulting as was the pencil in the room instead of a pen like other hotels. All examples of penny pinching on the part of the hotel. I asked for an extra towel early in my stay and it was never left again. Some of the only positive things I can say; Gabriele in the breakfast restaurant is a hard working personable young man, the bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. I will not consider this hotel again when I return to Nice.
