Good accessible room and accessibility throughout rest of hotel . Only disappointment was the bathroom which did not have a wet room shower but only a low sided bath , which is not safe for most wheelchair users . Receptionist informed us that a number of bathrooms were due to be upgraded in the near future . In our opinion this would make the hotel an ideal disabled accommodation , and we look look forward to staying there again on our regular visits to the South of France . Staff were excellent .

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of breakfast. Surprisingly large bathroom with bath in family room. Good facilities. Water pressure wasn’t great from the mixer tap shower but managed nonetheless. Will happily use this hotel again

Ordered 2 rooms with large beds, and got 2 single beds pushed together. Fell down the middle on the night! Not a good nights sleep.

« Wrong location but helpful staff »

Your web site put us in the Styles as being the IBIS in Vienne - of course the Styles is about 10-15 minutes outside Vienne, and not easy to find. When we did find it, the entry gate was not marked and looked unwelcoming. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The corridor and room smelled of smoke. (We aired the room out and it became bearable.)

The rooms were spacious and clean. and most important our wish for communicating rooms was taken into consideration. Traveling with my mom aged 87 years it was very reassuring for her to have direct acces to us.

« Hotel looks lovely, Restaurant very nice, Room for 4 disapointing »

The room for 2 adults and 2 children was very tight, would have appreciated a better room, we stayed in around 6 hotels over 2 weeks and this was the smallest room

« Good location but room a bit smelly »

Ideal stopover on way to south being so close to motorway. Additionally there is a good supermarket within walking distance but handy for meals, shopping and fuel. Room was clean but noticed an odour which was a bit drainy which might reflect in inadequate sewer protection. Bathroom was rather badly designed and in need of refurbishment. There was a small wall between toilet and wash basin which meant it was very difficult to wash your face without banging your elbow on the wall, additionally the toilet door was lacking paint at the bottom, overall not a good bathroom experience. Some reinvestment is urgently required to upgrade bathroom facilities which are presently not up to the standard we expect or have experienced at other ibis hotels.

« Friendky staff, great value, comfortable hotel. »

I have like extremely late but the staff were very welcoming and quickly showed me to my room which was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and it was easy to park in the secure carpark. The fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a bonus.

« Good for one night »

Really nice for one night. The room was quite big and clean. We had burger in the dinner and the first time was totally black, second time was a little bit better but didn't taste good, so I don recommend the restaurant. Breakfast wasn't nothing impressive. Parking place was quite safe.
