Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels de la même catégorie à Istanbul, et je tiens à vous dire que c’est de loin l’un des meilleurs . Nous avions réservé une suite de luxe familiale et à notre grande surprise, nous avons été surclassé et nous avons eu droit à la suite présidentielle. Tout était plus que parfait , le personnel était très attentif et aux petits soins à tout moment et n’importe où , le petit déjeuner était excellent et le service de chambre irréprochable. Merci à toute l’équipe .
