L'hôtel est assez loin du centre mais les bus y mènent. Il est beau et assez branché, le personnel est super cool et aux petits soins. Point fort pour le petit dej et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Bonjour, habitué des Mama Shelter j'ai réservé mon séjour à Londres. Je suis déçu de mon expérience. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pour 4 nuits, vu le prix de notre réservation pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Le café expresso n'est pas inclus dans le prix du petit déjeuner, ni le pain frais d'ailleurs. Heureusement qu'il y avait un grille pain ! Malgré ma réservation via le site All mes points fidélités n'ont pas été crédités sur ma carte.
