Le personnel est très agréable, l'atmosphère de l'hôtel est sympa, le petit déjeuner est copieux, et plutôt de bon produits :), la chambre en elle même était propre, douche spacieuse par contre la couette un peu petite. Le négatif, l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, des monuments et endroits les plus touristiques et les cloisons entre les chambres ne sont pas très épais du coup on entend les voisins.

L'hôtel est assez loin du centre mais les bus y mènent. Il est beau et assez branché, le personnel est super cool et aux petits soins. Point fort pour le petit dej et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.
