Bel hôtel et bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. La literie est parfaite. Propreté irréprochable. Bonne insonorisation. Personnel accueillant. Le seul problème est le montant de la caution réclamé lors de l'enregistrement et qui n'est remboursé qu'au bout d'un mois ! L'arrêt du bus à proximité de l'hôtel est aussi très pratique.

It is with delight to hear that your first experience with our hotel was a pleasant one and our room met your expectations with comfortable bedding and good room soundproofing. As for the reversal of your holding deposit, recently we have seen a trend that the reversal usually takes about 45 days for the amount on hold to be released. Issuing banks establish rules for how long an amount can be held. But while payment networks set limits, on our end, our setting is that pre-authorization is released upon guest check-out. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. C'est dommage. Je suis membre club accord et ai effectué plusieurs séjours à Sofitel Dubaï et Mercure Singapour et Novotel Singapour. Je trouve que le Novotel est très bien mais le ménage doit être fait tous les jours d'autant plus que je séjourne pendant plusieurs jours. Vous faites naturellement le ménage complet pour un séjour d'une seule nuit et pas un petit ménage pour celui qui reste 7 nuits !!! Par ailleurs j'avais quelques points sur mon compte accord et vous les avez supprimés il y a deux ans sans tenir compte de la crise Covid, est-ce une façon de fidéliser et remercier les membres du club accord ?

Please note that our housekeeping services will be provided on the second night of your stay and subsequently, every other day.
