Le service était très satisfaisant, l acceuil toujours chaleureux. Juste un peu de désordre au moment de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin car les servants circulent beaucoup dans l espace, prière arranger ou faciliter le service au restaurant et petit déjeuner, les servants me semblent ne pas être concentrer au travail mais bien au contraire à la clientèle .et aussi cet espace le matin est une espace où le client se concentre devant sa tasse de café de la journée

Nous avons apprécié la chambre et sa décoration mais nous déplorons une climatisation peu efficace. Nous avons apprécié la navette pour aller et revenir du centre ville mais nous avons aussi été décu de l'absence de navette pour nous déposer à l'aéroport, ce service serait un vrai plus pour l'hotel.

Je suis membre Accor platinium , ce qui veut dire que je fréquent elle hôtels Accor au moins 60 nuits par an...Je suis arrivé à 19H30 à l'hôtel...ma chambre n'était pas prête! Il a fallu que j'attende 45 minutes..Quand on arrive à 9H du matin je comprends....Je monte enfin dans ma chambre et la chambre ne s'ouvre pas..je redescends...Je remonte et arrive enfin dans ma chambre pas de bouteilles d'eau...internet très lent...ce que je signale 2 fois à la réception et on me dit que l'on va vérifie puis qu'il y a trop de monde qui utilise internet....Pour avoir internet il fallait que je sorte de la chambre (1003) et faire quelques mètres pour avoir internet normalement..très déçu de ce séjour dans cet hôtel..le précédent séjour dans cet hôtel il y a un mois fut excellent! Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel..la qualité doit être linéaire...inutile d'avoir une réponse du directeur....

Je suis arrivé à 19H30 à l'hôtel...ma chambre n'était pas prête!
