Propos désobligeants et peu professionel(selon lui tous les clients sont les mêmes tant qu'on pai pourqu oi avoir le club Accor. J'ai séjourné 3 jours avec ma famille dans cet hôtel. Je l'avais choisi en raison de son emplacement en bord de mer de Marmara et du fait que c'est un Novotel, qui est une marque que je fréquente régulièrement et que j'apprécie. L'expérience client a été positive. Le Personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute des besoins et demandes exprimées. Le restaurant est très bien. Seul bémol : le nettoyage des chambres, pas très professionnel (pas de renouvellement des produits de salle de bains et nettoyage perfectible)

Personnel très gentil et très professionnel. Bonne aceuil. Par contre elle a fait très chaud pendant le séjour et la climatisation ne fonctionnenait pas. On dormait la fenêtre ouverte. Malgré le bruit car l hôtel donne sur une autoroute Je souhaite un geste commercial. Restons fidèles.

Personnels sympatiques et professionnels, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Espaces de détente agréables, petits déjeuners très corrects mais, pas de bacon et des oeufs au plat souvent froids. Restaurant de bon niveau et vins de qualité. *A l'arrivée en France, j'ai constaté que ma carte bancaire avait été piratée ainsi que mon espace client à ma Banque. Il y a une forte probabilité que ce piratage ait eu lieu dans l'enceinte de l'Hôtel car je n'ai pas utilisé cette carte ailleurs ! Cette affaire a donc entaché le bon souvenir de notre séjour. Je souhaiterais donc avoir vos commentaires sur cette mésaventure. Merci d'avance pour votre enquête...
