Infrastructure magnifique. Hall d'accueil soigné. Accueil souriant. Suite vieillissante. Moquette dégoutante. Baie vitrée sale (voire même cassée, qui laisse entrer l'humidité) - alors qu'on vous promet vue sur les Alpes. Réservation pour 4. Nombre de serviettes insuffisant - sur les 2 nuits. Pas de réassort des effets de toilettes (coton tige, coton). Service voiturier qui ne garantit pas la disponibilité d'une place de parking. Petit déjeuner standard, digne d'un Novotel, si ce n'est le champagne. Hôtel qui se veut sur les standards du luxe à la française, eu égard aux prix pratiqués, bar compris, mais qui en est loin. Dommage.

Petit surclassement malgré un statut platinum, chambre petite mais confortable. Bar avec très bons cocktails, bon service ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner. En revanche personne au spa, impossible d’avoir un soin et la situation de l’hôtel est terrible. Pas très loin de la vieille ville certes mais dans un des quartiers les plus dangereux de Munich.
