Hôtel bien situé,le problème réside dans le personnel qui ne parle aucune langue et complique et retarde les procédures de Check in,également le fait d’exiger le deposit pose problème pour les clients.Aussi l’hotel Est incapable de vous appeler un taxi dans un délai correct.Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de la chaîne Novotel à mon avis.En bref on a l’impression d’avoir résidé dans un hôtel made in China plutôt que made in France habituel.

Settling a deposit upon check in is a normal practice for all Guests in any hotels in case additional incremental expenses would occur during the duration of a stay. I am sorry if our Receptionist did not explain clearly to you. This deposit is either used to settle your bill or automatically refunded after check out if pre-paid stay. Also, despite some continuous effort to provide English lessons conducted by our Training Department twice a week: we do encounter difficulties in communication from some of our Front Line Colleagues - who recently joined. This is something unfortunately most hotels in Beijing are facing however it is getting better and better. As you have noticed, Wangfujing is indeed a very busy traffic area in Beijing and we all encounter difficulties to get taxis, especially during busy hours. Our Concierge Employees are using an APP to catch taxis and delay often occurs – However these taxis have meters and are easily trackable if any situation (Loss of personal belongings etc.). Regular taxis are not encouraged. Your comment about breakfast was shared with our Director of Food & Beverages and Executive Chef for their immediate action. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. On the other hand, we were delighted to read that you satisfied with the rest of your stay in Beijing. Séjour de huit nuits au Novotel Beijing Peace. Globalement satisfait de l'expérience avec la réservation d'une "suite supérieure avec lit king size" située dans l'aile ouest de l'hôtel. Chambre immense, rénovée mais finalement assez "vide" (notamment un grand espace "vie" - séjour et cuisine - peut-être en cours d'aménagement). Une vue sur un chantier derrière l'hôtel au deuxième étage pas forcément idéal... Excellent petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Proximité immédiate des transports (métro). Wifi très aléatoire. Accueil à revoir notamment au check-in. Arrivée à 7h le matin, la chambre n'est pas prête (ce qui est normal, le check-in est annoncé et écrit partout à 14h) puis arrivée à 14h et la chambre n'est toujours pas prête (très désagréable après un long voyage). Amabilité très limitée à l'accueil. Une agence de voyages dans l'hôtel mais des prestations chères. Pas d'aide "gracieuse" en cas de difficultés ou pour l'organisation de visites, tout se paie (l'inconvénient des grandes chaînes hôtelières probablement). Un dernier mot concernant le service client d'Accorhotels plus que déplorable (message envoyé suite à un problème de paiement sur la plateforme du site internet, pas de réponse deux mois après - nullissime).

le sauna était en panne coté homme... dommage c'est un de mes critères de choix, avec la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est toujours très bien.

Nous descendons dans cette hôtel avec mon épouse depuis plusieurs années fin août. Il faut savoir que les chambres de l'hôtel sont réparties en deux pôles l'un situé au dessus du restaurant Français Le cabernet et l'autre au dessus du restaurant de l'hôtel Le square. Tous les ans je réserve via la centrale de réservation du groupe Accor par téléphone. A notre arrivée nous sommes accueillies par une hôtesse Chinoise d'un certain age pas aimable du tout elle nous donne la carte de la chambre et nous remarquons que cette chambre est située au dessus du restaurant Français le cabernet nous lui demandons de changer pour avoir une chambre comme tous les ans de l'autre côté et la impossible il faut payer un supplément de 150 yen par jour et toujours pas aimable. Nous refusons et prenons la chambre. Dans l'ascenseur le système de sécurité "pour monter il faut présenter la carte de la chambre devant un lecteur et cela libère l'ascenseur" ne fonctionne pas. Coté buffet petit déjeuner déception le buffet diminue d'année en année, déjà l'année dernière il n'y avait plus d’ haricots blancs à la sauce tomate et cette année en plus il n'y a plus de raviolis chinois et je ne vous parle pas de la baguette qui est d'hier. Bref l'on sent un hôtel en fin de course. Dommage nous l'avions mis en avant sur notre blogue de voyage, nous allons rapidement le corriger. Nous vous le déconseillons vivement.

Your comment about our elevator Security Room Card Scan system was shared with our Director of Engineering – however, we were not reported any malfunctioning from the system. I guess it might be coming from the room key itself. Our Executive Chef has already looked at the quality & selection of our Breakfast. Rest assured we haven’t cut on variety – however, our Clientele being mostly Asian: we tend to cater more Asian cuisine than Western. Nevertheless, some necessary changes will be conducted to improve guest satisfaction. Serveurs au restaurant et au bar faisant de l’air mieux, mais ne parlant pas anglais. L’hôtel se permet de debiter une carte de crédit d’un montant supplémentaire de dépôt de garantie sans l’autorisation préalable du titulaire dès que le montant des dépenses n’est plus couvert par le dépôt initial. Du jamais vu pour moi! Qualité du restaurant très moyenne. Je n’ai jamais vu le chef superviser le service comme cela se fait dans la plupart des hôtels internationaux. Un sentiment global d’un hôtel mal managé!

Personnel au restaurant et au bar faisant de leur mieux, mais ne parlant pas anglais du tout. L’hotel se permet de débiter automatiquement un nouveau montant additionnel du dépôt de garantie dès que la consommation dépasse le montant initial!! Restaurant très très moyen, nous n’avons jamais vu le chef superviser le service comme cela se fait partout ailleurs. Visiblement un sérieux problème de management dans l’hôtel qui oublie le client.

Hôtel correct, tout juste au niveau de ce que l'on attend d'un NOVOTEL. Hôtel vieillissant. Personnel pro mais sans le sens du client. Nous avons du changer de chambre, après y avoir malgré tout passé une nuit avec une odeur nauséabonde venant de la salle de bain. Nous n'avons rien demandé, mais aucun geste ccial n'a été proposé. Le minimum aurait été de nous accorder une remise sur la chambre ou de nous offrir verre ou qque chose. Je suis porteur pourtant d'une carte de fidélité GOLD du groupe Accord, utilisant la chaine pour mes déplacement professionnel à l'étranger, notamment IBIS.

Hôtel vieillissant. Personnel professionnel mais sans le sens du client. Après avoir passé une nuit dans la chambre avec une odeur nauséabonde venant de la salle de bain, nous en avons changé pour les deux nuits suivantes. Aucun geste ccial n'a été fait pour la nuit passée très désagréable.

Also, our property has actually begun early last year some enhancements of its public areas (Still on-going) and also some renovation of the second wing – which has been now completed. Main wing (Where you stayed) is now our main point of focus: therefore carpets, TVs etc. are still on going to be replaced. Emplacement parfait ! Par contre déçu par la literie et la vieillesse des serviettes . Surtout, les remontées d’odeurs des évacuations (plus particulièrement dans le vestiaire de la piscine). Pas de parapluie dans la chambre et pas suffisant chez le concierge .

Dear Mr. J., I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry some of your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comment about the unpleasant smell coming out of the sewage in our locker room was shared with our Director of Engineering for his immediate action. Since then, we scheduled our 3rd party company to come to conduct a cleansing of our pipes. Due to the outside temperature combined with humidity level: it might explain this situation. In regards of our umbrellas available at the Concierge’ desk, we’ll take your comment into consideration to purchase more for our guests’ convenience. Due to the recent (And still) rainy days: most likely we did not have enough. Also, comfort of bedding & towels have been well noted. If not up to our standards: mattress will be replaced and towels will be wear & tear. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. On the other hand, we were delighted to read you satisfied with our pleasant location. It was certainly a pleasure for us to be at your service and we all look forward to welcoming you again to Novotel Beijing Peace. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Très bon hôtel. Un personnel particulièrement attentif et efficace. Localisation pratique pour les affaires avec également des salons sur place pour recevoir les clients. Hôtel calme. Service un peu long au restaurant.

Pas de soucis particuliers... Pour pinailler un peu, j'ai juste trouvé que le buffet petit dej manquait de fruits (pommes, bananes...), et que les fruits disponibles (melons, pastèques) étaient totalement sans saveur...

Membre Platinum ,nous avons apprecie l'accueil du club ,l'efficacite et le professionnalisme du personnel Un probleme de climatisation a ete regle instantanement par un changement de chambre . Un seul point negatif : le restaurant Najia aupres duquel la personne presente au club a demande une reservation pour le soir meme ,il lui a ete repondu ( a 11h du matin ) qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de reservation ,qu'il y aurait toujours une table .A 18h30 le restaurant etait plein . Nous avons ainsi pu decouvrir le Xiao Wang restaurant du Crowne ,excellente table . Najia ne nous verra jamais.

bonne situation geographique; hotel tres confortable. Petit dejeuner excellent. Par contre nous n'avons pas trop apprécié la suggestion du concierge de prendre un "taxi" à 280 yuan alors qu'un taxi normal ne coûte que 85 ou 90 yuan!!

Extrêmement bien situé (à 2 pas de la cité interdite et d'une artère très commerçante), cet hôtel est très correct. Les chambres ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse, et la clim ne marche pas très bien.
