Located in a central place in town with convenient connection to many sites and walking distance from the silk market and the lake, it has some very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Prices are unbeatably low. True, the lobby has a feeling of being crowded and there is a super popular hotpot restaurant in the building (Hidilao - probably the best hotpot chain in China), The staff, although they do not speak much English, are very helpful. There is also a free washing machine and drier in the lobby floor and the staff will do the washing for you. We loved our quiet, beauriful spacious room and the super location

I was looking for a basic hotel for one night at a reasonable price. This hotel fit the bill. My room was clean, the internet connection worked fine and it was well connected with the metro. There are numerous restaurants nearby. For the price I paid, I was very happy with my one night stay.

Swarming with people on May holiday NOISY ROAD cant sleep. About 100 people cram into 1 elevator NOT RELAXING!! I will never stay at Ibis in China again!! Headache just taking the elevator to the room. Shady shared elevator with restaurants and public housing!! Do NOT STAY HERE! Do not even visit here if you value your sanity and peace.

在中都大厦的17到19层.. 地理位置不错..我们直接从酒店走到的西湖. 但是房间太小,而且没有窗户.. 办会员卡30 ..会员价格稍微低一点点.

交通方便，但有些吵杂

五一期间入住的，原来订的是大床房，后来给了商务房，一个大床和一个小床，正好大床睡一个大人一个小孩，窗是靠街的，所以有些吵杂， 房间有些陈旧，不过还算干净。去西湖步行20分钟，附近购物很方便， 一路上都是商业街，公交线路也多，世纪联华就在斜对面，住的地方下面就是商场和餐馆，打的到火车站11元。性价比不高。
