I thought this was a very unique property with an artistic design aesthetic in a great downtown Durham location. And I especially thought the staff was friendly, and the reservations team were very helpful in resolving a mistake I made. I recommend!

Great experience overall, plus a great location to stay within the city. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Valet parking for a reasonable price was a nice plus. Lastly, Chantelle at the check in desk was so kind & helpful as well!

Absolutely fantastic Hotel! Stayed in Durham for a week for work and they were able to get me checked in a little early! Chantel and Christie at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful! The nightly Bourbon at the Hotel bar was such a nice treat! And the Museum and vault are really cool! I look forward to future stays on my next visit.

Not my first stay with 21C, I choose to come back for the unique experience that it offers at every location. Quality is present on every floor and amenity from the amazing bar & restaurant to your room. Christina & Cali are the architect's of my most recent stay and the reason I feel compelled to write a review. Service is always excellent but never had a pair of employees made me feel so special and are the main reason I will be returning for my next "Staycation".

Eccellente hotel in downtown Durham. Camere pulite e luminose. Personale educato. La presenza della galleria d’arte è sicuramente un valore aggiunto ed un’esperienza non comune. La colazione viene effettuata con una convenzione e può non necessariamente essere inclusa nella prenotazione. Il prezzo non è sicuramente economico ma adeguato e consistente con le offerte alternativa
