My first time stayed with Ibis Sukhumvit 24, location exactly perfect within 2 minutes walk from BTS skytrain Phrom Phong station. One of the most happening area in Bangkok city. The hotel reception friendly during check in and even recommended nearby foods. The hotel building came with 7-11 at the right side which convenience to grab some snacks. With the hotel room and bed also clean, I got to say it was comfortable to sleep after long and tiring flight. WiFi connection good, at least it’s connected without any issue. There’s quite lot of massage shops in front the junction, down from train station. Even there were 2 shopping malls in the left and the right side. It’s well to stay inside mall if you wish to chill yourself from the hot weather. Overall I found this hotel was just perfect for everyone to stay. Will come back to stay again if back to Bangkok.

JUST THE BEST!!! Super near BTS Phrom Phong and Em district. The staff is 10/10. Pui from housekeeping surprised my friend with a birthday cake and room decoration. Rooms are always extra clean. Best stay in BKK!!

Nice hotel compare to other Ibis, near BTS phrom phong, easy access to Shopping Centres just opposite hotel & seven eleven next to lobby. Definitely will come back to stay if I want to stay at Sukhumvit area. Friendly staffs & house keeping lady (Fai) is the best to keep my room clean spotless.

Love the room😍, it just 3 min walk from BTS Phrom Phong station exit 4. The location is pretty nice surrounded by massages shops and restaurants. They even have 24hrs 7 Eleven connected to the hotel entrance. Emporium Mall entrance just infront of this hotel, it is convenient to get to the station without taking the stair😬. The hotel staff are welcoming, helpful and genuine in their interactions with guests. Check in time at 2pm but we was able to get a room at 11pm, maybe because we was looking to tired 😂. Well done and many thanks to Ms Pond who are helping us from a-z. I’ll certainly be returning here.

今年十一月在曼谷渡假，當初預訂這間ibis 並不抱有太多特別希望，只是看中位置優越在BTS Phrom Phong 旁和有我熟悉的購物中心都在周邊，去Thong Lor 和 Asok 都很方便，那天由另一酒店轉到此酒店入住，到達時才令我喜出望外，酒店很新，（五年前當時此酒店在建時曾住對面的酒店），這間ibis原來與Mercure在同一大樓的不同部分，大堂香氛氣味好聞（好像雅高的酒店都是這個味）大堂旁有7-11，對面有星巴克和找換店，和多間按摩店，最稱心的是酒店窗戶只是一塊密封玻璃，來自馬路上的煩噪完全隔音，還要贊空調出奇的靜音，最令人印象深刻的是他家的被子非常柔軟，枕頭也是很舒服，入住三天令我睡的都很好，很多五星級飯店也做不到，雖然房間面積不大，因今次只是我一人出行，使用上已完全足夠，電視频道很多，畫面也很清𥇦，有沙發，保險箱，冰箱，房間衛生狀況不錯洗澡水完全不會搞濕地面，大堂員工態度不錯，入住和退房速度很快，很喜歡，唯一意見：希望開放ibis客人也可使用29層的泳池，客房浴室掛衣勾不足，只有一個，希望管理層可以改善。
