abbiamo trascorso una piccola vacanza a Londra, abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché mi è piaciuta la posizione, sei vicino al centro di Londra e hai molte strutture nelle vicinanze, l'appartamento è eccellente, la,miss Isabella ha offerto un'ottima pulizia e sono rimasta sbalordita, Tornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia

Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en vriendellijk personeel. Het verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen prettig. We hadden twee appartementen voor vier personen geboekt. Met 2 personen per appartement heb je een mooie ruime stek (woon- en slaapkamer, plus kleine kitchenette). We arriveerden laat en de nachtportier hielp ons met de noodzakelijke zaken. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed, met nette en voldoende faciliteiten. De locatie is goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Met bus en of metro ben je in circa 45-50 minuten in het centrum van London. Uitzicht is - uiteraard afhankelijk van de verdieping - geweldig. Je kan ver kijken en als het niet te koud is, kan je gezellig zitten in de tweede schil van het gebouw/ op het balkon. Er zit een supermarkt op 1 minuut afstand waar je alles kunt krijgen. De hygiëne was ook in orde, op wat kruimels onder de bank na. De kamers hebben inmiddels wel sporen van gebruik op bijvoorbeeld de houten vloeren. Wel zou ik het op prijs stellen als er wat meer keukengerei aanwezig zou zijn. Keukengerei zou wat uitgebreider mogen.

Cuando llegamos estaba a 16º y con ventana abierta Como teníamos sofa cama (y estaba convertido en cama), no había donde sentarse No vinieron a limpiar ningún día (entiendo que se tenía que pagar a parte, es la primera vez que nos paso estando en un hotel) El espacio del hall muy estrecho (estaba en obras)

Dear NEUS M., I was sorry to learn that due to the temperature of your room you were unable to get a good night’s rest and I apologise for the discomfort caused. You should have been offered either an electrical heater or an alternative room in the first instance and I apologise that this was not the case. I would like to assure you that the appropriate action has been taken with a view of preventing any repetition of the problems which marred your stay. Regarding the cleaning, since we are an Aparthotel we offer cleaning once a week. However if you need fresh rubbish bags or toilet paper you can always pick it up at the reception Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention as guest feedback is invaluable to our efforts to continually improve the quality of our services. Todo muy bien, excepto por algo muy importante cuando viajas en invierno: no funcionaba la calefacción. A más de 300 libras la noche, me Parece intolerable
