El hotel es muy bueno, la limpieza excelente pero...al llegar no aceptaban el pago en Euros y dimos 100 libras para cubrir la noche y cambiamos (con notable perjuicio económico para nosotros) y al pagar el resto de la estancia dijeron que sólo habíamos pagado 80 libras. En fin...el hotel es muy recomendable pero hay deficiencias en la recepción.

Buen hotel, un poco alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado ya que justo enfrente hay una estación desde la que puedes coger diferentes opciones de transporte para desplazarte, en metro llegas a Westminster en 20 minutos. Repetiría sin dudarlo, el desayuno correcto.

El hotel está bien y la situación también, pero nuestra llegada fue de cámara oculta. Llegamos a las 3 am agotados (eran las 4 para nosotros) y no había nadie, ni indicios de donde pudieran estar. Posteriormente vimos un móvil y llamamos. Nos apareció una recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in y nos dio dos llaves para las dos habitaciones reservadas. Llegamos a las habitaciones y no nos habría ninguna. Volvimos a bajar y otra vez nos las cargó. Al abrir nuestra habitación, resultó que estaba ocupada! Menudo susto se llevaron! Mis hijos no se atrevían a entrar en la suya. Bajamos por segunda vez a recepción y esta vez si nos dieron la correcta, se habían equivocado... Parecía de cámara oculta. No me esperaba esto de los Ibis, la poca profesionalidad de los empleados. Nunca me había pasado.

Habitaciones muy limpias, personal amable y que hablaba español, pero sobre todo el desayuno muy bueno. Había de todo: tostadas, fruta, yogur, todo tipo de bebidas, y desayuno inglés, por supuesto. Además el metro está justo enfrente y el centro está a unos 20-25 minutos.

Habitación súper acogedora y limpia. Servicio muy amable. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico y además la ubicación (aunque un poco alejada de los sitios turísticos) muy buena por su cercanía al metro (en frente del hotel literalmente).
