2eme sejour au Novotel centre d'Almaty! Je m' y sens bien tout simplement. C'est central, station de metro proche, Dostyk plaza a proximité, acces facile pour Shymbulak ou pour l aeroport. Il y a une piscine, un bar et les chambres sont confortable. Prix un peu elevé a mon gout mais il y a peu de concurrence niveau hotel sur Almaty. Pensez a reserver a l avance. Hotel vite plein. Le personnel a l accueil est sympa et pro, rien a redire! Par contre un probleme recurrent au Kazakhstan: le personnel au Bar: Anglais mal maitrisé, personnel absent 1 fois sur 2, service aleatoire. On fait avec! Sejours en octobre 23 et janvier 24!

Отдыхали с друзьями в октябре этого года. Поездка была спланирована в качестве отпуска. Посетить чудесный город Алматы. При выборе отеля ориентировались на локацию, вкусное питание, а также на комфорт и чистоту отеля. И все приоритеты были учтены в этом отеле. Все очень стильно и лаконично. Неброские цвета в интерьере, приятный аромат освежителя, ненавязчивая музыка. Для людей, поддерживающих активный образ жизни специально имеется бассейн со спа, тренажерный зал. Приятно удивили завтраки, вполне оправданные по цене. На которых можно, кстати и пообедать. В общем и целом, остались довольны пребыванием в гостинице. Спасибо руководству за старания. Чувствуется менеджмент на уровне. Желаю дальнейшего развития и процветания.

Буду рекомендовать этот отель. Отличная локация. Очень вежливые девочки на баре. Благодарю за сервис, который был предоставлен Ботагоз. Очень компетентно и вежливо консультировала. Ставлю за её работу 100 из 10. Надеюсь, что отель предоставляет карьерный рост и такие отзывы повлияют на рост таких сотрудников как Ботагоз. Не сомневаюсь в росте этого отеля за счет работы таких сотрудников. PS оценивают место не по интерьеру, а по тому, как тебя там встретили и оказали сервис.

Отель с прекрасным месторасположением, название говорит об этом . В номере Вас будет ждать приветствие от менеджмента ( открытка почему-то на имя Наталья )) 2 бутылки воды и перекус а виде яблок, Курта и орешек. В номере есть все необходимое, а чего уж нет , то Вам доставят по первой просьбе . Итак , были : халат, тапки, сейф, доска с утюгом, чайник, чашки , чай , кофе, сухие сливки, сахар, фен, зубная паста, бритвенный набор, шампунь, гель ( отличного качества ). Также стоял стеклянный графин и воду, при необходимости, можно набрать в кулере на этаже . Концепция отеля : no plastic, и все вещи экологичные . В проживание входит посещение фитнес центра и СПА . Вода в бассейне была комфортной, в раздевалках имеются душ и финская сауна . Я бронировала проживание с завтраками: было очень вкусно и разнообразно: свежевыжатый соки, красная рыба и сыр с плесенью. На 2м этаже отеля есть конференц залы . Очень удобные для проведения различных встреч . Кофе-брейки от отеля тоже были на высоте !

Zimmer nicht sehr groß, kein Schrank. Aber die Einrichtung ist in bestem Zustand, Bad sehr gut, Bett sehr gut, Klimaanlage gut und leise. Sehr sauber. Gute Internet-WLAN-Verbindung, guter Fernseher, allerdings nur mit Nachrichtensendern ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Freundliches Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant/Bar.
