We went for dinner and the hospitality provided by the General Manager Puvan and team was outstanding. The arrangement, the ambiance and the lovely good food was so amazing. Our first time here buts it's a memorable one because of the excellent experience provided. Kudos to Puvan and team

Wifi is terrible. So hit and miss. Complete dissapointment.

Went for a relaxing night away, but it was a total fail. High floor room (nice view) had the worst wifi and I needed it for work so we moved rooms. The second room (Level 3) had better wifi (still not great) as it was closer to ground level. The TV didn't work. Offered another room move but by this time is was nearly 8pm so we didn't bother. The a/c has to be on 16 degrees for hours to even remotely cool the room (both rooms the same). Dinner ok (but dry fish and lumpy mashed potatoes). After breakfast, the wifi failed in the room again (worked in the restaurant) so I couldn't work and we had to check out early. I got a verbal "sorry". Sooo dissapointing. Comfortable bed, good water pressure. Nice aesthetics. Gym ok. Breakfast ok. Otherwise, a total disaster.

I choose to stay at Ibis Style KK Inanam as my my first outstation in 2024. The hotel also one of the Accor group. This hotel design industrial and contemporary. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is tasty and the service is good. The hotel staff is attentive and very pleasant. Overall, it 3 stars hotels with 5 star services with affordable price.

Very comfortable room setting, minimalistic, food is good with ginger tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Gloria, sales manager was very welcoming for breakfast. There was very pretty girl at counter who helped to book a GRAB car after waiting for 40 min to go for Gayang seafood

Este hotel inaugurado hace poco mas de un año es un muy buen establecimiento de la cadena, con un estándar por encima de la media que ofrecen los Ibis. Destaca el diseño original de estilo industrial, las habitaciones son muy amplias, los baños perfectos y la limpieza impecable. El desayuno está bien con distintas opciones tanto de comida oriental como occidental. El personal encantador siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a facilitarte lo que necesitas. Es un hotel con servicio superior a un precio económico. No le pongo la nota máxima porque esta alejado del centro, a unos 10km por lo que para quien no disponga de transporte propio puede ser un poco más incomodo, pero es muy fácil utilizar tanto taxi como Grab y con este ultimo servicio al centro de la ciudad son unos 17RM (3,70€). Desde la propia recepción te lo solicitan.
