Nous venons de passer 15 jours merveilleux au sein de l'établissement. Très bel hôtel, emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille ou en couple. Mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel qui est aux petits soins et avec qui nous avons familiarisé très rapidement.... même s'il restait sur ses gardes, consignes de la direction j'imagine. Direction sur laquelle , j'aurais un bémol... Nous avons été privés de la piscine pendant 3 jours , car réception de mariage organisées. Avons demandé un geste commercial qui n'est jamais arrivé ( manager non-joignable) qui envoie ses collaborateurs au casse pipe. Ce qui m'a un peu mis mal à l'aise aussi, ce sont les "maitres nageurs " qui restent debout toute la journée, sous un soleil de plombs. Je crois savoir que Novoltel fait partie du groupe Accor. Ce genre de chose serait inacceptable en France, pourquoi cela est il toléré en Inde ? Et pourtant ils sont là , bien présents , au petits soins pour nous et nos enfants. Le Lounge est un endroit superbe avec vue sur la plage et l'hôtel. Un moment magique à passer à deux, avec toujours cette bande de serveurs , souriants et aimables . Le restaurant Bageecha, cuisine Indienne raffinée, un bonheur pour les yeux et les papilles. Gardons un très bon souvenir, et ne pensons qu'à y retourner 🫶🏽❤️

Das Restaurant hat ein fantastisches Buffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir wurden von Sushant und dem gesamten Team sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend bedient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der Pool ist sauber und der Blick übers Meer sehr schön.

La reserva era por dos noches, por error me las fechas fueron del 4 al 6 de April en vez del 3 al 5. Llegue al hotel el dia 4 a las 5 de la mañana, no me quisieron dar la habitacion indicando que no tenian habitacion disponible. Luego de hablar con Jonathan me dijo, si pagas una noche adicional, te puedo dar ina habitacion. Yo Iba a hacer el check el dia 5, por lo tanto, para que tendria que pagar 3 noches, si solo estaria 1 dia y medio? O sea, si tenian habitacion, pero simplemente no querian ayudarme. Esruve 7 horas sentada en el lobbie esperando una habitacion, ni siquiera me ofrecieron agua. El proceso de check in fue un desastre, demore mas de 1 hora por mala gestión del equipo. A la hora de ordenar servicio a la habitacion, la comida demoro mas de una hora. Al dia siguiente, fui a almorzar al restaurante pedí pastas "no spicy" y no me lo pude comer por el alto nivel de pimienta que habia y estaba extremadamente spicy. Todo lo que habia en el restaurante era picante. Finalmente hice el check out aun teniendo un dia mas disponible. No recomiendo el hotel. La habitacion no estaba perfectamente limpia, el ruido en los pasillos impedia dormir y a pesar de haber pedido limpieza a la habitacion, regrese 3 horas despues y nunca fueron.
