La experiencia fue altamente satisfactoria, estuve alojada en la habitacion 466 desde el dia 5 al 12 de mayo inclusive. La atencion de todo el personal fue excelente, amabilidad y predisposicion excelente. Solo cabria cometar algo pero para mejorarlo. En la habitacion habia humedad que entiendo por el vapor del baño y al no abrie ventanas se puede haber condensado. pero excelente la limpieza por parte del personal y la atencion. Muchisimas gracias

Lamentablemente quedamos desepcionados con el servicio, cuando llegamos al hotel le pedi a la chica que hacia el check in, si por favor alguien le ayudaba a mi esposo con las maletas, la chica me dijo que si pero en ningun momento mi esposo recibio ayuda, los pasillos del hotel tienen un olor desagradable. Nunca me volveria a hospedar en un hotel como este

Excelente servicio del personal de recepción y en general en todo el hotel, todos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El servicio en el restaurante de Novotel a un costado puede mejorar, porque aunque están al pendiente se olvidan, por ejemplo, de recoger los platos sucios de las mesas durante el bufé del mediodía.

En general fue buena, la ubicación del hotel ayuda mucho al visitante a moverse fácil ya que se encuentra a dos cuardras del emirates mall. El único problema que tuve fue al momento de la llegada ya que me trasladé en metro del aeropuerto y una vez llegando al mall, encontrar la salida correcta es muy complejo por lo que recomiendo publicar en su página está información.

Fue muy facil realizar y confirmar la reserva. El hotel cumplió con lo que se ofrecía por Internet y la atención tanto en recepción (mención especial para Sonu por su disposición simpatía y profesionalismo) como en los servicios como el Consierge (Nos indicó con profesionalismolugares y formas de acceder a los destinos que queríamos conocer) y otros servicios con gran calidez y nivel.
