الحجز كان قبل حوالي ٣ ايام من الوصول وفي يوم الحجز تواصلت معهم الساعة 12:05 مساء واخبرتهم ان وصولي سيكون الساعة 01:30 بعد الظهر واخبرني الموظف ان الغرفة جاهزة ولما وصلت في الموعد المحدد كان في الاستقبال ( أحمد ) مسؤول خدمة النزلاء وقال ان الغرفة التي طلبت ليست جاهزة ومثيلتها في الدور الثاني جاهزة إن كنت ارغب بها الان وان الدخول عندهم يبدأ من الثانية فقلت له ان الموظف اخبرني ان الغرفة نفسها التي طلبتها جاهزة عندما اتصلت عليه فقال لي خطأ منه وسألني عن اسم الشخص الذي رد علي وقلت له اني لم اساله ولم يخبرني باسمه وقال لي موظف الاستقبال نحن آسفون وبنطيب خاطرك ونرضيك واضطررت إلى الخروج والعودة بعد نصف ساعة حتى أتمكن من الدخول ولما دخلت وجدت الغرفة في النظافة ليست بمستوى فندق خمس نجوم ( أوساخ تحت السرير وعلبة ماء فارغة وبقع حليب على مسكات دولاب الملابس والبلكونة فيها طاولة متسخة بدون كراسي ولم يتم توفير الكراسي إلا بعد اكثر من إتصال وبعد ست ساعات تقريبا والإضاءة في البلكونة عليها عش طيور واتصلت عليهم وجاءت مسؤولة النظافة وبعدها ( احمد ) مدير خدمة النزلاء وقال ان هذا لا يرضيه وانه جديد على الفندق وسيعمل ما في جهدة للارتقاء بمستواه وانه سيرضينا وعرض علينا تغيير الغرفة بالتي بجوارها وقلت له عندنا مثل ( امسك قريدك لا يجيك اقرد منه ) وارسل لنا في الغرفةً صحن فاكهة وقطع حلا ولما كلمته عن الوعد الذي سيعوضنا به قال لا اقدر بأكثر من هذا واخلي الادارة يتواصلون معكم غدا ووعدني انه يتصل بي بعد عشر دقائق ولم يتواصل للاسف ان هذا تعامل فندق يفترض انه بمستوى خمس نجوم

انا اعتذر بس ما كانت تجربة تمام ريحة الفراش مو حلوة كانو حد كان نايم و هو مدخن البانيو في حشرتين صغار مافي مجفف شعر اول مرة اشوف اوتيل ما اقدر انشف شعري فيه!! و حاجزين غرفة كبلز و حاطين روب حمام واحد!! رحت سوفتيل البحرين وكان رائع جدا يا ريت تهتمو بفرع الخبر اكتر طبعا الايجابيات الموظفين لبقين المكان مريح

الفندق ممتاز جدآ وخدمات ممتازة موقع الفندق على البحر أطلالة جميلة تعامل الموظفين جيد في التعامل أحب أشكر الموظف أحمد اليمني على الاستقبال الجيد في أستقبالي امام الفندق كانت الخدمة صف السيارات ممتاز و الاخت نور على التعامل الجيد وشكرأ ولنا زيارة قريبن انشاء الله

Καθαρό δωμάτιο, εξυπηρέτηση καθημερινή, και σε ότι ζητήσαμε όλοι θέλαν να μας βοηθήσουν, υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο είχε και για τους πιο απαιτητικούς. Θέσεις πάρκινγκ είχε αρκετές. Τέλειο γυμναστήριο με αρκετά όργανα.
