Bien ubicado junto a la estación de tren. Tanto recepcionistas como camareros fueron muy simpáticos y serviciales. La habitación correcta, aunque algo pequeña para cuatro personas. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones bien aunque un poco mejorable

Hotel fantástico, el personal es inmejorable y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar aunque eso sí, hay que practicar el inglés con ellos para comunicarse. Aun así, no hay problema en comunicarse. Las instalaciones y servicios muy muy buenos y la situación del Hotel también es muy buena según nuestro punto de vista con el metro justo al lado y la parada de autobús enfrente. Los desayunos son muy buenos. Nosotros estuvimos 7 personas (2 familias) y nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, seguramente volveremos aquí en una nueva visita por Londres. La valoración de Novotel Greenwich es de 10.
