Muy buena atención del personal, recepcionistas, concierge, y restaurant. El concierge nos ayudó a recuperar un gasto en pasajes equivocados, muy paciente y de buena voluntad. En el comedor que usamos al desayuno siempre fuimos muy amablemente atendidos, en especial por una señora morena, delgada, extraordinariamente gentil. El hotel necesita modernizar su servicio de aire acondicionado cuyo control es muy rústico. También es muy necesario dotar a las habitaciones de salidas USB y más enchufes para cargar teléfonos y pc.

En general muy buena, todo el personal muy amable y profesional, solo una observación la suite que ocupe era excelente solo con un problema al contar con puertas corredizas el ingreso al Baño los ruidos internos del mismo se escuchan en forma realmente molesta.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y con acceso a estaciones de tren, museos y zonas comerciales. La atención recibida en el hotel fue excelente todo el tiempo, desde la recepción hasta nuestra salida. Optamos por probar una de las nuevas habitaciones remodeladas del hotel, pagando una diferencia en la tarifa por día. La nueva habitación es muy bonita y con diseño moderno pero acogedor. Como mejora: falta ventilación o un extractor de aire en el baño, la presión del agua es muy buena pero si abres la llave de la regadera sin cuidado mojarás todo el baño ya que no cuenta con cortina o cancel.
