Je vous déconseille vivement cet hôtel! Nous avons été très mal accueilli. Le personnel est désagréable et n'a rien de professionnel. Nous avons été reçus par des réceptionnistes en training. La chambre est très sale!!! Les essuies ne sont pas changés, il y a des taches sur les draps de lit. Bref, c'est impensable pour un hôtel. Le petit déjeuné est minimaliste, pas d'eau à disposition. Le distributeur de boissons est hors service. Bref, nous avons été dégoûtés de cet hôtel. Cela ne vaut pas pas 80€ / nuit !

Filthy room, WIFI access broken, dirty guests

The young man at reception when I arrived was very helpful, but my stay did not live up to any other metric for expectation. The room was filthy. There were hand prints all over the walls of the toilet, marks all over the walls of the bedroom, a massive amount of dust buildup behind the television, and there was copper wire and a weight hanging from the radiator. Deeply unimpressed at the lack of care and attention to detail when cleaning. The WIFI internet DID NOT WORK, costing me an evening of work. The payment gateway for unlimited use was broken and did not work. I called the number for m3connect internet services and they said they would 'call me back in the morning'. Not only is that useless when I needed a fix immediately, I would be gone in the morning, AND they did not call back. The 'free' WIFI had a bandwith and data limit that did not allow me to do my work or even watch YouTube or Netflix. The hotel seems to attract guest that are particularly dirty and the smell was awful. When I arrived at reception there was a man who had clearly not washed in days and the smell was horrific - it filled the reception area. I felt very sorry for the member of staff who had to deal with them. There were also many instances of people smoking at the entrance, which is not at all pleasant when arriving or departing the building. No kettle in the rooms and no access to hot drinking water unless reception was open. Reception has short opening hours in the morning and evening. No night porter after 10pm. Breakfast was super limited. Food was labelled incorrectly and placed in the wrong jars (cereals). This is important for people with intolerances. Not good enough.

Easy to find hotel, and a friendly welcome. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. In fact everything you would expect / anticipate of an IBIS Budget. For an evening meal I'd recommend the Ess Eck 200 yards down the road.

Instalaciones antiguas y servicio muy deficiente. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido y luego te lo cobran. Las habitaciones carecen hasta de armario. El lavabo está fuera del baño. No tiene ascensor. Sólo recomendable como última opción.

I booked and prepaid the room with breakfast included but we didn't enjoy it during the stay. The staff said that's no breakfast included in our booking and it's only possible if we pay for. We had the same problem at other hotel of the same chain in Germany so better do reservation without breakfast and add in hotel when you arrive.
