El cuarto que nos dieron la cama súper vencida Un ruido espantozo , desde las 6 am llega un camión A recoger las toallas del hotel , luego la obra y por último el cuarto toda toda la tarde le da el sol Y el hotel no quizo prender los aires , nunca volveré ni lo voy a recomendar

It is important for us that our guests express their impressions to offer services that are always closer to perfection. We do everything in our power to make an experience in our establishment a pleasure at every moment, and I am chagrined to read that yours has not lived up to your expectations. I would like to sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the noises that distributed you in the early morning. We are aware of the problem of noise pollution, and we are doing our best to limit the noise level in the street. Moreover, I pay much attention to your feedback regarding the comfort of our bedding. Please note that we have at Sofitel Hotels the same type of high-end bedding called “MyBed”; composed of a firm mattress, a feather mattress topper and high-quality bedlinen for the comfort of our guests. However, some of our customers may not appreciate the soft and warm comfort of the duvet. In any case, I have taken note of your preference for a less heated room. We thank you again for your comments, it contributes to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. El hotel tiene un problema importante para los que nos alojamos varios días. Cada 3 meses me alojo con ustedes 6 días ( 24 al año ) y siempre me encuentro con el problema de capacidad del armario. Es una vergüenza tener toda la ropa repartida por la habitación porque en el armario no entra. Baje a quejarme el primer día y me dijeron que no había habitaciones con armario más grande. Esto es absolutamente falso porque otros compañeros tenían armario mucho más grande. No sé si es peor el armario o que mientan a un cliente. Desde luego creo que deberían dar solución a este problema o en mi caso tendré que buscar otro alojamiento.

Pagué por adelantado. Además tuve que pagar 400€ antes de ver la habitación. Cuando dije que no lo entendía, me dijo la recepcionista que bueno, entonces me cerraría con llave el mini bar. ¿No es más fácil vaciar el minibar y así puedes guardar el agua? ¿qué quiere decir que tengo crédito de 400€ si he pagado por anticipado 400€? ¿eso es crédito? Cuando fui a hacer el check out me quisieron cobrar una factura sin firma que no era mía. Y todavía estoy esperando que me devuelvan los 400 € La noche antes de salir quise hacer el check out y la recepcionista me dijo que era imposible hasta que dejara la habitación. En resumen, en lugar de un hotel que se supone que debe ser acogedor, parece un oscuro departamento funcionarial. Una pena

En general una buena experiencia. El desayuno me parece que no está a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría. Una tarde las personas del servicio de cortesía nocturno abrieron la puerta de la habitación sin importar que estábamos en la habitación. También abrieron la puerta del baño sin avisar y yo estaba dentro. La cuna del niño no tenía las sábanas bien colocadas.

La habitación no cumple los requisitos mínimos para poder denominarla suite excepto por sus dimensiones. Tuvimos que esperar en recepción más de 20 min para que nos atendieran. No nos informaron de nada, ni horarios de desayunos, ni información básica, tan solo se preocuparon de indicarnos que si queríamos parking era de pago. Esto es totalmente inaceptable cuando estas pagando 500 euros por noche, para un servicio que no incluía ni apertura de cama y para colmo me indican el día de salida que el mini bar está incluido, pero al abrís la nevera en la habitación nos encontramos un cartel que te indica en todos los idiomas que el mini bar está totalmente automatizado y que en cuanto toquemos cualquier producto se cargará directamente a la cuent de la habitación. Si tuviera que calificar el hotel no le daría más de 3 estrellas.

Para poder responderle en vuestro idioma, le pedí a Sofia, recepcionista, de traducir este mensaje. Antes que nada, deseo agradecerle por haber respondido al cuestionario de satisfacción. Vuestra devolución contribuye día tras día a mejorar la calidad de nuestros servicios. Me entristece leer que vuestra estadía en la Suite Opera no estuvo a la altura de vuestras expectativas. Tras vuestro comentario, alerté personalmente a la Gobernante general sobre el estado de la Suite para que junto a su equipo se asegure que esta situación no vuelva a repetirse. Tanto la Gobernante general como yo le presentamos nuestras sinceras disculpas. También pude constatar que la recepción ante vuestra llegada no se realizó de la manera en que lo solemos hacer. La espera de 20 minutos y la falta de información en cuanto a los horarios del desayuno, el precio del parking o el acceso gratuito al minibar no son dignos de nuestro servicio. En nombre de la Directora de los Servicios de la Recepción y de todo nuestro equipo, le presento nuestras disculpas dado el impacto negativo que la falta de información tuvo durante vuestra estadía. Como huésped de la Suite Opera, los productos del minibar están a vuestra disposición gratuitamente, y no como lamentablemente figuraba en el cartel. Esta situación no refleja la calidad de nuestros servicios y es por eso que afin de obtener vuestra confianza, le ofrecemos, según disponibilidad, un upgrade en una de nuestras Suites al precio de una habitación clásica. En nombre del Director General, le presentamos nuestras más sinceras disculpas. Sinceramente espero que usted aceptará darnos una segunda oportunidad y que podremos recibirlo nuevamente en nuestro hotel, para ofrecerle un servicio digno de nuestras 5 estrellas. Un tanto decepcionante. La web mostraba un hotel acorde a 5 estrellas resort, pero ni la habitación (Standar superior) ni el desayuno buffet responden a dicha categoría. Habitación y mobiliario muy limitados para estancia de 8 días. El personal sobresaliente.

Dear guest, I would like to thank you for taking the time to answer our guest survey. This questionnaire really matters for us to improve the quality of our services at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile. I am very sorry to read that you did not appreciate the comfort of your Superior room, mainly because of its size and its equipment which was not sufficient for an 8-day stay. Perhaps you did not know yet that our hotel is the first Sofitel of the world, as it was built 54 years ago, which is why its structure is a bit dated. We therefore acknowledge that some changes regarding some of our rooms’ enlargement are necessary in order to guarantee the best level of comfort to our guests. It also explains why your room is low in furniture. Be assured that those works will be planned as soon as possible. However, I am chagrined to note that you were not fully satisfied regarding our breakfast concept. Be assured that I have personally informed our Food & Beverage Director about your remark. You must know that there is also an “a la carte” choice, if you could not find your favourite dishes on the buffet. I hope these explanations help you to better understand the situation.
