The hotel is nice and clean. However, the booking on the hotel website is misleading. I booked 2 nights with breakfast while one night is free, I expected I will have breakfast for both nights! I really think this needs to be specified clearly.

Hotel room is nice with comfortable beddings. Everything is good except the toilet which is too little space for placing personal things like skincare products, contact lens case...etc. Also suggest to have shower cap instead of hairband which is more convenience for ladies. It’s good to have curtain or partition at the bathtub so to avoid wetting the toilet floor when having shower. The availability of separate packing toothpaste is good as sometime people may only want extra toothpaste instead of changing toothbrush everything. This can help saving the resources and environment.

The hotel is new and clean with good facilities, the staff are friendly, yet, the laundry could be improved by providing more dryers and washing machine. Also the restaurant could have more staff to serve the customers!

We checked in at typhoon night. The laundry machines are super full. Because there’s no baskets, we have to wait onsite for previous person getting his laundry. It would be better if hotel can provide basket for queuing.

The downtown of Okinawa and evening sunset from the lounge are so beautiful. And it's a great place to spend a vacation with my family. It's my second visit and I want to go again next time. I also liked the food served every hour.

This stay was my trip with my wife for the summer holiday. I am from ibis styles tokyo bay section is front office. Front staff Ms. Erica knows about the hotel information , Bienvenue benefits, and member benefits. bell staff was nice to show the parking to us. facility was very good , my wife and me like the pool very much, location is perfect as well, not far to Shurijo. convenient store is good , we could buy things which we need even when we are back to hotel. BF is also good , we like Okinawa soba. Only thing, morning shift , night shift , staff is not enough ? staff's face seems tired . Anyway, this trip was very nice. Even I would like to visit Okinawa again, or move to there for work. Thank you very much .
